Authentic welcome and cuisine. A marvel in the Piedmontese mountains.

Merita veramente. Una perla nascosta tra le montagne dell'entroterra giavenese, menù all'altezza delle aspettative, con ingredienti tipici del territorio, a secondo delle stagioni. Servizio impeccabile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Molto consigliato.

Belle soirée, au calme, dans un restaurant à l'accueil chaleureux et agréable. Le patron était aux petits soins - notamment en faisant l'effort de (bien) parler le Français - pour il Francesi que nous sommes. Les pâtes à la sauge étaient excellentes, comme l'étaient les très originales lasagnes aux myrtilles et gorgonzola. Le tout avec un bon Barolo, que nous avons presque terminé sur une belle assiette de fromages.

Excellent food, generous portions in a familiar and well-kept environment. From the windows you can admire a green and relaxing landscape. You must try the mixed appetizer that the chef prepares of her choice. The game is very good, the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù are fabulous.
For dessert, you must try the coppa with zabaglione.
The service is fast even if there are many customers. Fair prices.
