Discovered by chance years ago We return several times a year. Top-notch steak, super-fresh fish, generous spritz. The staff is courteous, helpful, and very friendly. I recommend it.

Good food and fair prices, finally. There are few places like this these days where the food is good and the prices are fair.

Very nice location on the lakeside of Caldè, a little gem. The quality of the food declines a little every now and then. The prices remain reasonable. Recommended dish: Piadina and hamburger (a word to the wise....). The service has always been dramatic. For years, it's been the slowest on the lake. It seems like they're studying how to make life impossible for the customer. Latest news: the average wait time is 40-60 minutes. But if you ask for even just a plate of cold cuts or a piece of cheese, they tell you it'll go into a queue anyway and they can't bring it to you right away. I recommend it only if you're looking for value for money and location and if you're VERY patient.

This restaurant has an enviable lakefront location. The food is excellent and the prices are fair. Just be patient; the wait for your food is endless. Highly recommended.

After reading all the bad reviews, and the pictures and some of the good ones piqued our curiosity, we decided to see the restaurant for ourselves... and we were pleasantly surprised. We now believe the bad reviews were intentionally written by people who wanted to harm them, or perhaps a change has taken place. Absolutely incomprehensible. We ordered two courses and only had to wait half an hour for the first course. The restaurant was full, and all the neighboring tables received their food quickly. The two waiting ladies were present, approachable, and extremely friendly at all times! The portions were sufficient! One course for €11 is a complete meal, and I was full (as a woman). I had pasta as my first course and the fried seafood as my second... unfortunately, I couldn't finish it all. My boyfriend had a salad first and then the burger with homemade fries. Everything was delicious! We paid €75 for two large beers, a liter of wine, salad, burger, fries, pasta, and fried seafood. Please don't let the negative reviews put you off (some of which may have been justified, but we can't deny that) and form your own personal opinion!

The food is good, the staff is very friendly. But the kitchen is overwhelmed. The appetizer didn't arrive for an hour, and after almost two hours, there was still no main course. So I paid and left. I guess that's what you call a diet.

Stunning location, overlooking the lake. The food was decent, but the wait was too long; we were seated immediately, and then it took an hour to eat. It's a shame, the place is really nice.

I go there on weekdays, overlooking the lake. I recommend the giant spritz and seafood pici...spectacular. Price: 18 euros.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Abend in diesem Lokal verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich ein Traum – mit einem tollen Ausblick, der besonders bei Sonnenuntergang für eine richtig besondere Atmosphäre sorgt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist kaum zu toppen: Ein halber Liter Spritz für gerade einmal 5 € – da kann man wirklich nicht meckern! Der Service war freundlich und entspannt, genau richtig für einen gemütlichen Besuch. Insgesamt ein echter Geheimtipp, den wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Posto molto bello, con un terrazzo vista lago che domina la piazza di questo bel paesino. Spritz maxi, come da insegna esposta e ben fatto, accompagnato da un tagliere. Abbiamo aggiunto un petto d'anatra per completare l'aperitivo. Personale gentile. Le piante sul terrazzo e gli ombrelloni ci hanno riparato dal sole caldissimo.... che poi alle 17.30 si è naturalmente adombrato per lasciare spazio ad un clima piacevole.
