We had dinner at Caldaro, having stayed in the estate and overall we had a very good time. The charcuterie and cheese platter was outstanding.
However, the first ones, although good, were not excellent.
The red turnip gnocchi were good but the pear compote that accompanied the dish was cold and I didn't really like this contrast in temperatures.
The orange risotto, Campari and prosecco on the other hand, without infamy and without praise.
Prices a little high. Which would also be fine if everything was flawless.
Ps. We were VERY sorry not to be able to order pizza (it was Monday)

Restaurant where you can enjoy a good meal in peace.
Food quality of both the tagliere and the tartare.
The carbonara is surely one of the best you can find in that area.
The meat, spectacular, done perfectly and without losing its juice.
In general, a good restaurant where you can enjoy typical food from the area.

A great restaurant, it's a shame that the service wasn't enough to give it more points.
The two starter courses had no forks/spoons to serve us.
There were certainly a lot of people and the 2 waitresses had a lot to do, the service and the rest were not up to the previous time.
However, the food was good and we'll be back.

Uno dei migliori ristoranti della zona, senza se e senza ma. Location molto bella, un grande casolare rurale ristrutturato in maniera elegante ma sobria. Il personale è ben formato e gentile. I piatti sono sopra la media dei ristoranti di questa categoria. A mio giudizio il conto, considerato quello che viene offerto, come viene offerto e dove viene offerto, non è affatto salato.

I really think we'll be back. A lovely place, well kept. Very well prepared catering and well cooked dishes. Friendly, attentive and competent staff. Wide choice of wines, sparkling wines, bitters, whisky, vodka, rum etc. Good menu of appetizers, first courses, second courses with side dishes of the day, pizza and desserts. Medium-high prices but excellent value for money. There are rooms on both the ground floor and first floor with a beautiful fireplace. The toilet is also well maintained.

La mia recensione è relativa alla mia esperienza al ristorante. Locale molto elegante con un’atmosfera rilassante, complice sicuramente anche il grande camino. Cibo buonissimo e servizio impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente per provare anche gli altri piatti che ci hanno incuriosito.
