I really think we'll be back. A lovely place, well kept. Very well prepared catering and well cooked dishes. Friendly, attentive and competent staff. Wide choice of wines, sparkling wines, bitters, whisky, vodka, rum etc. Good menu of appetizers, first courses, second courses with side dishes of the day, pizza and desserts. Medium-high prices but excellent value for money. There are rooms on both the ground floor and first floor with a beautiful fireplace. The toilet is also well maintained.

Excellent restaurant: excellent customer care, impeccable service, high quality cuisine, very beautiful but above all particular and delicious dishes!

I can wonderful for a romantic dinner or for an evening with friends, fair and more than honest prices for the location, elegant and classy we ate well, generous and tasty portions with a touch of glamour. Super highly recommended

Nelle vicinanze di Umbertide potete trovare questa location curata con servizio gentile e piatti eccezionali. Magari non velocissimo il servizio ma l’attesa vale la qualità elevata dei piatti. Il dolce rivisitato maritozzo vale di per sé la visita. Consigliatissimo

We always have dinner at least once at Il Caldaro when we are in Umbria. We are never disappointed with their excellent menu, efficient and friendly service, and location with panoramic views over the valley.
