Truly remarkable context and location. The wait is certainly unusual and decidedly excessive. But then, dishes that are absolutely top notch in quality and presentation. Good value for money considering the level.

Nelle vicinanze di Umbertide potete trovare questa location curata con servizio gentile e piatti eccezionali. Magari non velocissimo il servizio ma l’attesa vale la qualità elevata dei piatti. Il dolce rivisitato maritozzo vale di per sé la visita. Consigliatissimo

We tried this restaurant last night having room there. Very nice restaurant, friendly staff and good food. I absolutely recommend trying the desserts, especially the tartlet. Among other things, I found the prices excellent for the location and the food offered.

Today, August 15th, I went to lunch with my family in this delightful restaurant; there are no words to express the welcome of the staff, the excellent food and the beautiful location in which it is located. All I have to do is try the inviting pizzas... but there will be no shortage of it.

Amazing... if we hadn't been out cycling (and therefore needed to stay light otherwise we wouldn't be able to get back on the bike), I would have ordered 3 courses. The kind of menu you want to taste everything about. Impeccable service, prices in line, high-quality location, selected cellar. A perfect balance of elegance and informality. The proposal ranges between meat and fish, good choice and adequate quantities. We will have to return…

We always have dinner at least once at Il Caldaro when we are in Umbria. We are never disappointed with their excellent menu, efficient and friendly service, and location with panoramic views over the valley.

02/09/2024: A beautiful farmhouse just a few minutes from Assisi. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and with an excellent view. The pool is small to accommodate tourists who visit the region in August, but having gone at the beginning of September there weren't many people. Regarding catering services: - dinner is good, with particular praise for the cheeses (of their own production); - breakfast unfortunately did not meet expectations, we went down early to have the opportunity to have the entire buffet available. In reality, almost everything was already finished, the buffet was not too rich, and the "refill" service of the dishes was very slow. Overall a great destination.
30/08/2024: I just finished dinner at this beautiful place, where there is a stunning view. Good dinner, very tasty dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff. I hope to return. Thank you

02/12/2024: Really typical and welcoming place. We were not particularly impressed with the food and found it to be very rich in seasoning. We didn't find any side vegetables available as we arrived a little later (around 2.30pm)... in the end the lady still brought us an accompanying vegetable but let's say that it left us a bit perplexed
03/11/2024: We went to this restaurant for lunch, in the heart of Bevagna. We had a wild boar appetizer with salami and wild boar mortadella, accompanied by small pizzas made with water and flour, and it was all delicious. We had 2 first courses and a second course: priest's hats and fettuccine with artichokes, good, even if, subjectively, I expected more from the fettuccine. The second was the grilled cockerel, very good. Overall we ate well and had a great time: exceptional service with very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it to anyone visiting Bevagna. Honest prices.
