I had lunch at this restaurant recently. I was out because it was a beautiful day. It's quaint because it's a stone farmhouse where the rustic feel blends with refined furnishings, giving it a chic, charming feel. The dishes are gourmet! Highly recommended!

This time, my review will undoubtedly take into account the undeniable charm of this farmhouse, divided in two: the central section consists of three suites with a swimming pool and the Caldaro restaurant, and the other villas located a little further along. Today, I was able to try both the breakfast service and the restaurant. From a place like this, I honestly expected a richer selection of homemade products for breakfast. While I saw an effort to offer guests locally sourced products like fig and apricot jams rather than organic eggs, I also saw industrial products like croissants, muffins, and industrial butter. Why not display whole tarts with your jams? Let's move on to lunch at the Caldaro restaurant. First of all, in my opinion, a place like this, with its reputation, shouldn't have frozen products that somehow ruin the success of a dish that, by the way, isn't a luxury. If it must be frozen, the asterisk should be written on the specific product and not the generic one, otherwise it creates confusion. In short, today's pappardelle with guinea fowl ragù had frozen pioppini mushrooms. A dish with a few small flaws, in my humble opinion. Good, hand-rolled pasta, good consistency, but too dry, again in my opinion. Guinea fowl was well-cooked, shame about the mushrooms. The house appetizer was good, the Norcia ham was excellent, as was the porchettato pork with tuna sauce, flavorful meat enhanced by a perfectly crafted sauce with quality capers and Taggiasca olives. The panzanella with stracciatella was also good, a pleasant refresher on the palate. The pâté paired with sweet onion was excellent. Cost €38. Don't consider the stars I gave it, but the overall experience. The location deserves 5 stars, especially for its decor. Last notes: fresh fruit on the menu—I mean seasonal fruit, not kiwis—isn't removed from the table if a customer gets up to wash their hands unless they're sure they've finished eating.

We had a wonderful evening. The place is charming and very intimate. The service was excellent, with attentive and helpful waiters without being overbearing. Discovering the dishes was a real pleasure. The prices are fair for the quality of the products. Highly recommended.

We went here for dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were the first guests at 7:30 PM, but as the evening progressed, the outdoor terrace filled up.
What a fantastic location and what wonderful food. Despite the very friendly service, there were two minor drawbacks:
- When ordering, we were told there were no pizzas, but they would be available tomorrow.
- After ordering dessert, we were left waiting for the last dessert. Upon inquiring, it turned out they were out of stock. We ended up ordering a different dessert.
