A genuine and delicious experience at Calascione in Arsoli During a visit to Arsoli, I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Il Calascione restaurant, a welcoming and well-kept place, immersed in the tranquility of this enchanting village in the province of Rome. The appetizer was a perfect start: a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, generously served and accompanied by a fig jam that paired perfectly with the ricotta. Next, a surprising carpaccio of fresh courgettes with parmesan flakes and a touch of balsamic vinegar glaze: simple, but really tasty. The first course was a discovery: a pasta with nettles topped with fresh cherry tomatoes, olives and a soft stracciatella that tied all the flavours together harmoniously. An original dish, well-balanced and tasty. To conclude the meal, a tiramisu made that day, soft and creamy, which was able to give a sweet and light note to the end of lunch. All this was accompanied by a good glass of Chardonnay and a taste of local oil on bread, which further enhanced the restaurant's attention to quality and territoriality. A positive experience from all points of view: genuine dishes, generous portions and friendly service. Definitely a place to return to and one that I gladly recommend to those looking for authentic cuisine and local flavors.

Restaurant in the heart of Arsoli, Erik in the dining room and Lola in the kitchen gave us a memorable lunch, everything delicious, the courgettes in carpaccio with lemon and pecorino and the kebabs were exceptional!

Ambiente familiare e locale accogliente. Davvero da lode l’antipasto! Da aumentare un pochino la cottura della pasta fatta in casa, alle volte cruda. Tiramisù superbo!

Locale con pochi tavoli semplice ed accogliente. Abbiamo gustato primi alle ortiche e al tartufo notevoli. Buono anche il tagliere. Il proprietario ci ha seguito e consigliato con cortesia ed attenzione. Mensione per l'assaggio dell' olio. Prezzo ottimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ristorante specializzato in pasta fresca nel centro di Arsoli. Grande gestione della sala da parte di Erik, attento a consigliare piatti imperdibili e novità del giorno: abbiamo provato l’antipasto misto, eccellente per qualità e varietà con affettati, formaggi, frittata e verdure. I primi sono stati tutti eccezionali, dalle fettuccine alla pasta locale di castagna fino alla pasta alle ortiche. Buona la scelta dei vini, ottimo il Montepulciano d’Abruzzo che abbiamo provato. Speciale menzione per il liquore a base di liquirizia che ci ha davvero sorpreso. Bravi, torneremo!

Locale in pieno centro accogliente con personale gentile e attento , paste artigianali ma con un condimento risicato, carne cotta come da richiesta ma dura , mentre l antipasto misto con salumi e prodotti eccezionali che lasciano il segno .
