Excellent restaurant in the village of Arsoli. Superb owners and management. Very friendly, they offer excellent recommendations and interact well with customers. They recommend the best dishes, aiming to ensure you eat well and with quality. Excellent, local products. Wide selection of dishes and entrees. Everything is delicious and portions are adequate. The price is a little above average, but you can get an appetizer for two, two first courses, two desserts, water, and a side for €60. I highly recommend it. Reservations are recommended because there are limited tables. You can eat inside or outside.

Good food in a family atmosphere. Eric was a great adviser in choosing the meal, but above all, the cooks made the lunch delicious and well-cooked.
Don't miss the homemade pasta my grandmother made, the arrosticini, and the tiramisu.

I stumbled upon this place while passing through Arsoli. It was a truly remarkable gastronomic discovery; my wife and I relied on the advice of the owner, Mr. Erik, a polite and delightful man. We sampled "malfatti alle nettle" (pasta with nettles) and "sagnozzi with zucchini and guanciale" (sautéed pork shank), followed by "shin alla birra" (beer-cooked pork shank) and "chicoria risauta in padella" (pan-fried chicory); all washed down with an excellent Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine, and concluded with a tiramisu expertly prepared by the owner's sister and wife. The quality of the food was truly exceptional, and a simple day trip turned into a fantastic gastronomic experience. Highly recommended.
