Torno dopo molto tempo al Calandrino e lo ritrovo in splendida forma. Menù sfizioso con una squisita zuppa di cipolle (descrizione riduttiva di un piatto con ovetto, tartufo, formaggio e, ovviamente, pane e cipolle); delizioso il risotto, ottimi i dolci. Pane, olio, benvenuto della cucina, piccola pasticceria per viziare adeguatamente i clienti. Carta dei vini eccellente, dove scegliamo un buon Trento doc e un ottimo Sauvignon alto atesino. Servizio degno del fratello maggiore tristellato che è a fianco. Conto in linea con locale, cibo e servizio. Molto ma molto bene.

The place is small, calm and elegant. The service is excellent: the waiters are very kind and available for any type of request.
We took the tasting menu. In addition to the 5 courses on the menu, we were served two additional courses, all accompanied by different types of bread and oil.
The tasting menu (see photo) was truly delicious. I particularly appreciated the veal fillet and the tagliolini with seafood and pistachio sauce.
The menu lasted approximately two and a half hours: more than enough time to calmly savor the dishes served.
It is a highly recommended experience! The food is of the highest quality, the service is impeccable and the place is really quiet. Perfect for an elegant and romantic evening!

We had breakfast several times in this place, the place was very nice, clean, modern and welcoming and well looked after.
The well-executed cafeteria and the mignons as well as the croissants are super delicious.
The real flaw of this place is the staff,
they're all there behind the counter, they barely say hello, there's no real customer management in seating them and not even the table service is special because they leave things to you in a rather fleeting way.
Furthermore, I find it very inconvenient to put croissants in front of the cash register because those who have to pay mix with people who are trying to choose what they want to eat.
It would be very simple if there was table service where the staff takes the lead without the customer having to move here and there.
Of course I will continue to stop for breakfast here as soon as I have the opportunity but from my point of view there are things to improve!

Locale attiguo al più noto Le Calandre dal quale eredita l’ambiente molto curato ma informale , la cucina ricercata sia per una pausa veloce che per una colazione ed il servizio distintivo e professionale
Ottime tutte le proposte provate , anche in passato , con prezzi medio alti ma adeguati all’esperienza che si vive in questa tipologia di locali

Kogda Massimiliano uznal, chto my nakhodimsya v stolovoy, on udelil nam nemnogo vremeni i predlozhil nam «netraditsionnuyu» zakusku, ozhidaya, chtoby prinesti nam to, chto on nazval «chem-to bystrym» ... Poistine unikal'nyy opyt!
