We went to this place one evening in September. It's on the beach, nothing super sophisticated, very simple, and I'd say it's suitable for families. The menu, as the name suggests, features mostly fried fish dishes. The prices are in line, neither expensive nor super cheap. The dishes are good and well-balanced. I recommend it if you're in the area in the summer.

I have been to this restaurant for dinner three times now and each time it has been a great experience. The food was delicious – always fresh, beautifully presented and absolutely flawless in taste. The service was also top notch, kind, attentive and professional, making us feel really welcome. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and relaxed, which makes the visit an experience to look forward to. I definitely recommend it and I would love to go back soon myself!

We went the last week of August. The fried food was very good, not greasy, with just the right amount of food, and the staff were very friendly. A great dinner for a pleasant evening on vacation.

Excellent, we had dinner there 3 days ago, there were 4 of us, and we had a great time, both with the food and the friendliness. We will definitely be back. Il Calamaro was “so much stuff.”

Rientrando a Roma ci siamo fermati a Tortoreto Lido per pranzo e abbiamo scelto di provare Il Calamaro friggitoria scelta risultata esaltante dalla qualità del pesce (da non perdere il tonno fritto e le olive ripiene di pesce ) addirittura abbiamo fatto l’asporto per la cena !!!! Complimenti al gentilissimo proprietario alla moglie artefice di tanta bontà e alle ragazze al servizio , cortesi educate e gentilissime. Bravissimi !!!!! Noi torneremo certamente

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante e siamo stati benissimo... abbiamo mangiato molto bene grazie anche ai preziosi consigli del proprietario Giuseppe.... veramente simpaticissimo e molto accogliente...ci ha suggerito dei fritti stra buoni e un vino a dir poco spettacolare...
