24/02/2026: We chose the Cambusa restaurant in Martinsicuro to celebrate our fourth anniversary, and overall the experience was a truly pleasant one. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy and professionalism, which immediately created a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was attentive, helpful, and never intrusive—a quality that is far from a given these days. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and well-organized. There's a sense of order and tranquility, allowing you to enjoy the evening without clutter or excessive noise. The location is welcoming and suitable for both romantic dinners and convivial gatherings. Regarding the cuisine, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. The fish is fresh and well-prepared, with simple yet tasty preparations. We particularly appreciated the lightness of the flavors and the overall balance of the dishes. The portions are adequate and satisfying. A few small details could be improved, especially the timing of service between courses, which at times seemed slightly delayed. Nothing major, but a more fluid pace would make the experience even more enjoyable. Even some dishes, while good, could use a little more flair in terms of character or originality. Overall, Cambusa proves to be a reliable restaurant, with good quality and attentive service. A place where you eat well, feel comfortable, and feel welcomed.
