First time dining here, and honestly, everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. Fried calamari, risotto, shrimp cocktail in pink sauce—no complaints. Prices were reasonable. One star less for the service, not so much for the speed (the guys who served us were all very quick, to be honest, and the kitchen didn't keep us waiting long despite the restaurant being packed) but for one reason: serving customers with, if not a smile, at least not a look that was somewhere between pissed off and annoyed is crucial. Anyway, I had a good time; next time I come back, I hope to find a slightly friendlier staff.

I still have in mind the perfection of the appetizers: very fresh red prawns that melted in the mouth, oysters that dance on the palate and many other wonderful ingredients. The first courses are a triumph of authentic flavors. The real magic, however, lies in the ability to make you perceive, in every single dish, not only the excellent quality of the ingredients and the impeccable technique, but also and above all the love and passion they put into what they do. It is a rare alchemy, which transforms a dinner into a precious memory.
