First time dining here, and honestly, everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. Fried calamari, risotto, shrimp cocktail in pink sauce—no complaints. Prices were reasonable. One star less for the service, not so much for the speed (the guys who served us were all very quick, to be honest, and the kitchen didn't keep us waiting long despite the restaurant being packed) but for one reason: serving customers with, if not a smile, at least not a look that was somewhere between pissed off and annoyed is crucial. Anyway, I had a good time; next time I come back, I hope to find a slightly friendlier staff.
