The aperitif at the bistro is a culinary experience not to be missed. Nothing predictable or familiar. Try it to believe it! If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend stopping by. Francesca and Valentina's aperitifs are something unexpected... Each time, a feast of fantastic flavors you've never tried before. Behind every course is a study in flavors, colors, and shapes... and then what can I say about the "slow" breakfasts... freshly baked cakes and cookies, coffee, cappuccino, tea, and herbal teas, and a relaxing chat? And the option to order takeout, what can I say?... fresh pasta expertly made following regional recipes. Ready-made dishes to enjoy with friends... I love this little, one-of-a-kind place in my neighborhood.

I've been using Eu's products for years, each one better than the last, and they're always a hit with my guests. But this Christmas, their tortellini were fantastic. My guest from Modena raved about them! Well done, Francesca and Valentina!

01/03/2026: The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, especially thanks to Alessio, who treats you like you've known each other forever. The beer and food are fantastic, and the chicken is a panacea. I come here because I'm guaranteed a hit and I can relax. My only certainty is that here you can drink even if you're not thirsty and eat even if you're not hungry. Alessio, the owner, is always available to serve you an excellent Coca-Cola.

Bacco In Trastevere

15/03/2026: This was a magical place in Trastevere! While the whole area is full of tourists and that’s just the fact, the food and atmosphere felt truly homey and Roman. Casual but with incredible food. A great menu selection that offers not only Roman fare but also Umbrian and Pugliese specialties. They also have a rotating list of seasonal specialties. The experience was in large thanks to Aige and Giuseppe who took great care of us and were so patient, kind, fun with our 2 year old daughter. Do not miss the Guanciotto- a slow braised lamb cheek thinly sliced. Truly delicious and somehow not too heavy!
