Ready to be amazed? A place that everyone would like to have at home!! But even at 20km it's fine. For takeaway and in the dining room (check the dates), delicious dishes prepared to perfection by Francesca and Valentina who always manage to amaze us, and always with new delights..."à la Recherche des Goûts perdus". Organic, among other things. A true joy for all the senses. Don't miss the dates for the celebrations of the first 10 glorious years. The Good done Well!

This afternoon I learned what an English "high tea" consists of. Everything is delicious, but I must say that every time I taste what Francesca and Valentina prepare, for a themed event like today, a party or an aperitif, I always leave very satisfied!

What can I say, simply super! You get lost in time and space when you are welcomed into this Bistro by two ladies who shyly and without intrusiveness take you into a world of taste where the exquisite quality of the chosen raw materials mixes masterfully with the culinary skills of the chefs who manage to create symphonies of taste that envelop you. Today I enjoyed an English Afternoon Tea from them which magically took me to the excellence of the blends and flavors enjoyed in Covent Garden.

This little bistro is a wonderful discovery! The attention to detail, the sweet and savory culinary proposals, the selected ingredients, transform a simple afternoon tea into a taste experience absolutely worth trying. Francesca and Valentina, damn you are good! We'll see you again soon!

Conosco Valentina e Francesca da anni e ho avuto più volte l'occasione di assaggiare le cose buone fatte da loro, con cura e attenzione alle materie prime (ovvero... Il Buono Fatto Bene!). Ma l'esperienza più completa l'ho avuta affidando a loro il catering per il mio 70mo compleanno. Hanno organizzato un pranzo assolutamente originale, a base di finger food particolarissimi, soprattutto per la scelta e l'accostamento dei sapori, che hanno stupito, incuriosito e deliziato i commensali. Le loro preparazioni, infatti, non sono mai banali, ma hanno sempre un tocco di ricercatezza che le rende uniche. E che dire della splendida torta Pavlova che ha concluso il pranzo e ha fatto da supporto alle tradizionali candeline? Ottima e non banale anche lei... Consiglio di passare dalle Eu's per un caffè, accompagnato da un muffin o da un biscottino, o per uno dei loro spettacolari apericena (spesso a tema). Non ve ne pentirete!

01/05/2025: Le doy a este restaurante una A+++++. El personal es acogedor y atento, el ambiente era agradable y la comida era excelente. Creo que es la mejor comida que he comido en Roma. También aprecié la variedad de opciones. He notado que los otros restaurantes que hemos probado tenían el mismo menú básico de platos de pasta similares. Pude comer ternera que estaba tierna como un tenedor. ¡Tenía el Tartufo de chocolate que era delicioso! Estoy de acuerdo en que el precio de la comida era muy razonable. Aprecié especialmente que nos sirvieran pan, sin que tuviéramos que pedir y no cobraran por ello. No agregaron un cargo por servicio.
30/12/2024: Direkt hinter der Piazza Navona & schön ruhig. Spontan im Er Marchese gelandet - Aura hat uns so sympathisch angesprochen! Die Karte ist überblickbar & bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Wir hatten uns für eine Aufschnittplatte für zwei & Spaghetti allo Scoglio als Vorspeisen entschieden. Als Hauptgang gab es Spigola al limone (Wolfsbarsch) sowie trippa alla romana! Die Aufschnittplatte war sehr üppig und Hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt! Die Spaghetti waren sehr aromatisch, mit dem Olio Piccante den richtigen Twist. Ich gehe davon aus, die Meeresfrüchte waren aus dem TK, aber gut und grosszügig! Der Wolfsbarsch war lecker und Grätenfrei, die Kutteln lecker! Zur Begleitung wurde ein feiner Wein kredenzt. Zum Dessert haben wir noch Torta della Nona & Tiramisu genossen - beises sehr fein! Vom Haus wurde ums Limoncello, Amaro & ein dritter Likör i Karaffen offeriert - tolle Geste! Der ganze Service, von Aura, den Kollegen & dem Chef (er soll auch die Trippa gekocht haben) war super sympathisch! Hat Spass gemacht - wir kommen wieder!
