A good restaurant for day trips; the food comes out fairly quickly and is still delicious. The menu isn't that extensive, but it's sufficient. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant, with a reasonable volume. 5 stars

Usually, I avoid piazza restaurants as they are geared to tourists. Not here. Authentic Ligurian food, prepared flawlessly. After passing the waiter several times coming and going to the hotel, we were always greeted by him as friends so we decided to try the food. Should have eaten there sooner. Some of the best food of our trip and reasonably priced.

We stumbled upon this restaurant in the little square by chance and were greeted by the very kind and helpful owners. We ate wonderfully, and on the way to the restroom, I walked through the truly stunning interior; it was like being welcomed with a warm hug. I was moved when we said goodbye because, unfortunately, I live very far away and don't think I'll be able to return, but it's one of those rare places you're sad to leave. The best in the Cinque Terre. Excellent food, average price, incredibly friendly. Best wishes to the owners! Keep up the good work, you're a force of nature. I'll be thinking of you for a long time!!!

Confused about previous reviews re: small portions. Portions were reasonable. My husband took octopus with potato, and there was way more octopus than potato. Very happy in an area populated with tourists. Really nothing to complain about!

fantastic, try the Testaroli al pesto,hard to find,a ligurian speciality made with chestnut flower and the best way to eat pesto. And then I had the fritto misto, it almost made me cry extraordinarily fresh and well made.——- 30 days and around 60 restaurants later,including pepe i grain (“best pizzeria in the world”) and luciano in rome (“best cacio pepe and carbonara”) this will remain as my favorite meal in Italy, from ventimiglia to amalfi and everywhere in between. the frenshness of that seafood fish, unbeatable. ---- i see that people complain about the price, it is NOT expensive !! AT ALL !!! people don't have a clue, one spent 130 euros on SIX dishes plus drinks, and thinks that is expensive ? i will look forward every day to the next meal here ! and the service was very friendly, they recharged the batteries of my bike, i guess some people think they can disrespect their hosts and expect to still be treated well. edit: three years later, this is still THE BEST meal i have ever had in my life, my goal is to convince my friends to go eat here, preferably with me, that is my life, i work for that, i sleep for that, go there !! it will change your life !! that or i was extraordinarily lucky !!, that food was better than any food i had in over 15000 meals at any price !

If you're hungry, this is highly recommended. Fresh pasta menus are available daily. They're reasonably priced. The pasta carbonara was excellent! And at €16, it's a fair price.
