Tuscan restaurant in Rome with a welcoming environment and really friendly and helpful staff. We booked with the fork enjoying a real 50% discount. Even at full price the bill would have been adequate. Wonderful Florentine cooked to perfection! Quality side dishes and a vast assortment of wines. Highly recommended!

Very average pasta. They have very high reviews, but in reality the food is mid at best. Service is good, but I would not want to eat there again. The wine pairing was disappointing.

Blume Lounge

14/08/2024: I celebrated my graduation party at Blume and I had a really great time. Impeccable service and really kind and friendly staff! Everyone is really nice, starting from the gentleman at the entrance to all the waiters, I highly recommend him!
14/06/2024: Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location, chic with lots of seating for different types of evenings. Great music. Free parking in front of the venue.

14/12/2024: We stayed in the hotel for a weekend. We appreciated the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff. The excellent cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. In the morning you could enjoy an excellent and appetizing breakfast. Furthermore, the very central location, near the Spanish Steps, allows you to quickly reach the most interesting places in Rome

The hotel does not have a restaurant, but you can eat decently in the vicinity. I think the location is good, 5 places. on us. de Popolo. Beware, there is stealing in Rome...
