Stop for lunch. Excellent local cuisine, well-stocked and with a wide selection. The homemade desserts are also very good. Plenty of space in the restaurant and parking lot.

We stayed at the Bruco for the weekend. Excellent location and parking. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including pizza, with generous portions and high quality.

Friendly and courteous staff, fast service. Typical Apennine dishes. The appetizer was good, and the fried mushrooms were exceptional. For our first course, we had the mushroom and truffle crespelle and mushroom tagliatelle: very good.
We also enjoyed the desserts. The bill isn't cheap, but we were satisfied with the mushrooms and truffle.

We went to this restaurant for lunch on the recommendation of friends. Parking is ample, and the visit was very pleasant. The appetizer was perfect for sharing, excellent and plentiful, as were the pappardelle with wild boar and tagliatelle with mushrooms, followed by porchetta and baked potatoes. Good value for money.

A restaurant on the Abetone highway, after Fiumalbo. Good, well-packaged food, quick and efficient service. I had a slice of porchetta cooked in a sauce. I didn't know you could eat it like that, but it's definitely a good choice. The price is reasonable.
If you're passing by at lunchtime, it's worth a stop; there's even parking.

A quick stop on our way to Mount Cimone. It's a very nice and clean place with welcoming and very kind staff. We ordered two excellent and generous starters. The pizzas we were passing around made us crave them, but we were... unfortunately... full. Maybe another time.

We've been to Bruco several times in July, and I must say we've always been satisfied with the menu and the professionalism of the wait staff. The holidays are over, but we'll be back soon.

Pranzo infrasettimanale con Amici
Abbiamo ordinato degli antipasti della casa e sono stati molto buoni,come primi abbiamo preso le Pappardelle al Cinghiale,fatti con grani antichi e una polenta con ragù e funghi..
È stato tutto buono
