Il Brillo Parlante In Asti

I had dinner at this restaurant last night, The atmosphere of the place outside was very nice and evocative. The staff were very kind, welcoming and very attentive. I took the fusilloni with basil and my boyfriend the plin with mountain butter, we also split an octopus Luciana style. All three and amazing dishes, really delicious. Congratulations indeed, I will definitely recommend it.

Everything was perfect from the atmosphere, to the service and the food....they brought me back to the old Piedmontese flavors in a contemporary key.....excellent anchovies with butter on crouton and a bed of giardiniera and the carpione was no exception either. I recommend it and we will definitely be back.

E' sempre una piacevolissima esperienza frequentare "Il Brillo", e non soltanto dal punto di vista gastronomico! Ci si sente come a casa, si può chiacchierare tranquillamente con dell'ottimo jazz in sottofondo, il personale è disponibilissimo a soddisfare ogni curiosità (come quella riguardante la fogliolina al sapore di...ostrica posta sopra l'insalata russa!) e la scelta dei vini è assolutamente originale perché avviene tra i fornitissimi scaffali, accompagnati dalla titolare. La novità di questa serata (oltre al rinnovo del locale, ancora più funzionale) è l'Aperitivo di Asti, con Vermouth Cocchi, l'insalata russa di cui sopra e mandorle salata: una bellissima idea! Primi, secondi e dolci tutti all'altezza, ma è il clima il vero valore aggiunto.

Found this place by chance, we had a really good time!!!! Really excellent and refined food, absolutely not high prices. Very kind staff! Advised!

We came to Asti for a day trip. We stopped to eat at the Brillo Parlante because the choice was more typical than the other places and I must say that we did well, abundant dishes, traditional flavors and excellent raw materials, the prices in my opinion are excellent (I would have gladly paid a little more more for the quality they offer)... the rabbit is recommended!! if we were to return to Asti we will certainly return to you. Also noteworthy is the Barolo and the courteous and attentive service

Maximum availability to find a table at the last minute on a Saturday evening despite the place being small but welcoming. Relaxing atmosphere, soft lights and gentle music lead to relaxation and dialogue. The tablecloth is missing on the tables but everything else is there... Like the remarkable choice of wines, we ordered two second courses and a dessert and I must say we were satisfied with both, the only note being the meat, as these are dishes, for obvious reasons , already ready it deserved to be hotter. Fabulous Bunet. Discreet and extremely helpful service. I recommend booking for anyone who wants to try it.

The food is great. Definitely worth the price. The waiter was super friendly and helpful. For the rest I was stared at at the entrance (yes, I was dressed as a motorbike so obviously I didn't have the desired clothing for the venue). When we asked for wine, the glass was offered to us. The table does not include a tablecloth, too bad the table joints are full of crumbs. However I recommend it. Just a little tip: the dress doesn't make the man... avoid being so shameless in observing the client's external appearance. Furthermore, the wine must be opened at the table in front of the customer.
