Found this place based on reviews from other customers....But I'd like to confirm that the ingredients here (fish 🐟) are incredibly fresh.
The chef is excellent, from the appetizers to the excellent first course, the second course, and delicious desserts.
Well done to everyone...even the service, very attentive in everything and very professional.

A typical Apulian seafood restaurant in one of Puglia's most beautiful historic centers...Monopoli. Refined, high-quality menu. Fresh food and friendly service. Reasonable prices. The owner, Antonio, is a warm and delightful person.

Excellent food. Of course, as people living far from the sea, we went for the fish dishes. The appetizers alone had our endorphins pumping. We had the antipasti di casa and the carpaccio of the fish of the day. Very interesting appetizers with interesting flavors. Then came the sea bream, fresh and delicious. It's truly worth a visit.

The best restaurant we ate at in Puglia. All the dishes were prepared with fresh seafood, meticulously crafted, and simply delicious. We were served by a very friendly staff who was able to offer advice and even chat in Polish. The number of local customers only confirms that Trattoria Il Brigante is worth a visit.

Trattoria dei Briganti is a well-kept and welcoming place to enjoy traditional Apulian cuisine. The raw seafood is a must, excellent and plentiful, especially the cuttlefish tagliatelle. The attentive and professional service was able to recommend the right selection of dishes, with the ever-present owner, who knows how to pamper his customers, always present. I will gladly return.
