Lunch with friends, quite slow and confusing service (the waiter had misinterpreted the order and one of us saw us eating while he was waiting for his dish, which arrived with the second courses); I was fine with the Aosta blue chnéffléne, both in terms of flavor and quantity; others didn't fare better, grilled for two (€48) with a ridiculous amount of meat barely suitable for one, be wary of the photos in these reviews, dating back 4-5 years ago; not to mention the chestnut rounds, literally 2 per dish at the modest cost of €16. The ribeye and pumpkin flan are good. I don't think we will return.

We discovered this place by chance. We went there for lunch, before visiting Castel Savoia. A place with great attention to detail and very welcoming. Service and food quite good. Unfortunately, the prices are much higher than the quality offered and the size of the dishes. Overall, not bad but I wouldn't go back.

Bella trattoria tipica di montagna, tanto legno e calda accoglienza. Menù molto allettante abbiamo condiviso il tagliere misto con lardo slurp.. ,salami vari mocetta con panfritto (buonissimo) ed una marmellata da abbinare ai formaggi toma, capra, blu d'aoste ed altri
I Chefnellene integrali con pomodorini freschi , tagliate con polenta , spezzatino di cervo con patate al forno per finire muffin di castagne con crema pasticcera con gelato e crostata alla marmellata
Innaffiato da passito e genepy ..cena sopraffina. Consigliati dal sapiente e sorridente Alessio. Ci torneremo presto

Last night we went to the Braciere di Gressoney Saint Jean for the first time, the atmosphere was very warm, the staff were very kind and helpful, the quality of the food was very good, we will definitely be back the next time we have the opportunity.

Nice place, quick and friendly service. The mixed grill was excellent, perhaps too abundant, so much so that unfortunately two of us were unable to finish it. The polenta taragna is good.

Location assolutamente in tema con la Vallée e tanta sostanza. Ragazzi giovani, preparati e assolutamente gentili gestiscono in maniera egregia il locale.
Materie prime di ottima qualità, servizio impeccabile e simpatia hanno reso memorabili le nostre due cene, torneremo sicuramente volentieri.
Lo consiglieremmo? Sicuramente!
