The atmosphere is laid-back, as is the staff: super attentive, kind, and friendly. I have to give the food 4 stars, which is both tasty and reasonably priced, but the polenta dishes have a bit too much oil in the sauce (obviously a personal preference).

I'm absolutely thrilled to review "IL BRACIERE" in Gressoney, at the foot of magnificent Monte Rosa! This trattoria is simply HEAVENLY for lovers of good food and hospitality! The food here is TRULY AMAZING! The cuisine is authentic, traditional, and prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each dish is an explosion of flavors and aromas that will have you coming back time and time again. The waiters are CUTE, FRIENDLY, VERY KIND, YOUNG, and FAST. They are always ready to satisfy your every request and recommend the best dishes. The owner is ABSOLUTELY TOP! He's warm, welcoming, and passionate about his work. You can tell he loves what he does, and this is reflected in the trattoria's welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. The location at the foot of Monte Rosa is already a sight to behold! The atmosphere inside the trattoria is warm, welcoming, and relaxing, perfect for lunch and/or an evening out with friends or family. If you're in the area and looking for a trattoria where you can eat like a king and be treated like royalty, "Il Braciere" in Gressoney is the PERFECT choice! Amazing restaurant! The food was one of the best in the region. We tried the plank of cheese and meat. The tiramisu was also amazing and the staff quite friendly.

The waiters were very attentive and courteous. We were with our dog and one-year-old child, and they set us up at a comfortable, spacious table. They were very attentive to the child. It was a very pleasant experience; we felt welcomed!

A welcoming place, thanks in part to the always smiling and helpful staff. We were well advised to order an 800-gram Irish beef ribeye: truly excellent. It should be noted, however, that the tagliata steak is also excellent. A wide selection of wines from the Aosta Valley and beyond.

We have been to this restaurant twice and I have to say that it is the best I have tried in the area, super nice guys, very relaxing and well located place and what can I say, the meat is absolutely delicious!! If we return, my girlfriend, my puppy and I will definitely come back to visit them.

Very friendly, good atmosphere and excellent service. Tasty local food and good choice of wine. Rabbit primi tagliatelle was outstanding as was the signature meat platter. There were only three vegetarian options so an opportunity to add more.

Locale un po’ da rinnovare… I camerieri sono molto gentili e cordiali. Ottimo il braciere per 2 persone che offre un abbondante porzione di carne. Buona la crespella e i dolci e anche il pane fatto in casa. Prezzi un po’ alti…
