IL Braciere In Follonica

What can I say, finding a restaurant like this in the heart of the industrial area of ​​Follonica was a real surprise, the very polite welcome from the staff and the warm and welcoming interior of the place with an open brazier, make you forget the outside right away. The fried tagliatelle with balsamic vinegar and the three types of bread made by them and offered were a welcome thing, the appetizer consisting of quality cold cuts and cheeses was truly excellent. The first course, the tagliatelle made by them (a little thick to tell the truth they were thicker than pappardelle) with cherry tomatoes and Chianti butter were something really good. The Chianti sushi on the spit instead was a real joy for the palate with the meat worked and cooked really well. All completed with water and house wine which was not bad at all. Dulcis in fundo all the meat processing done in sight in front of the brazier. Compliments. Highly recommended.
