Food very good. Delicious meat with caramelized onion. Very nice wooden place. Very nice service. (The meat is not well done, so if you prefer it more done, you should ask for it in advance)

Four of us were there on a Saturday evening without a reservation. But since we were there early, we got a table. The service was very nice and tried very hard to speak English to us. The food was also very tasty. We had pizza, pasta and meat. All very good.

Bianca’s restaurant er virkelig virkelig værd at besøge. Vi kom der tre gange på vores to-ugers ferie. Alle gange gik vi begejstrede og mætte hjem. Virkelig value for money / være at køre efter. Ikke kun for pizza men også alt andet på menuen inkl de flotte desserter. Jeg er fan!

Three of us decided to dine here this evening and we were quite pleased with our dinner. We had a one year old and we weren’t certain if the restaurant welcomed children and the graciously did. Most of the seating is outside under a gazebo. The servers were quick and were happy to speak in English. This is a family run business and the food was definitely made with love. We had the beef with caramalized onion topped with bacon which was delicious and one of us had a pizza, equally as delicious!

28/01/2025: I waited in line to eat and got a red number. When I went in, I chose a course. It was home-cooked, but it really felt like home-cooked food. I ate well. 1. Spaghetti 2. Seafood or meat 3. Dessert. Tiramisu was delicious. It looked like a stew, but it tasted similar. The seafood soup was a little salty, but when I ate it together, the flavors were alive and it went well together. It was better because I could eat a variety of things since the portions weren't too big. The price wasn't expensive, so I ate all of it and it came out to 50 euros. It was a good experience in Pisa. I'm tired of tourist food, so I highly recommend this place. But you have to go early. The line is long and the restaurant is small, so you'll have to wait a long time.

29/01/2025: Recommended to us by a guy where we had an aperitif, my brother and I had dinner here. Fish tasting menu... nothing short of sublime as well as being an explosion of flavors where you could really feel the taste of the fish and its freshness. Impeccable service.. congratulations.
