I came to eat here in Frascati in this little place I found on Google with my father🤗we were pleasantly surprised by the goodness of the dishes they brought us!!! I have been a vegetarian for a few years and I am aiming to become vegan, my father on the contrary is a great eater and consumer of meat, but I must tell you that he ate everything with gusto!!! we will soon have a plate of "pasta" made with courgettes pasta place with pesto...FABULOUS!!! We also had some parmigiana and some lemon tofu meatballs and toast with avocado and scrambled tofu which were also really tasty🥰from these simple dishes you can tell who knows how to cook!!! heartfelt compliments indeed, the staff...really kind and helpful!!! I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

The only fully vegan place in Frascati, Amazing cafe with very friendly staff and nice choice of healthy food and fresh juices and smoothies offering breakfast/ lunch and dinner options. Several freshly made smoothie options, my favourite is Energy ! Food options vary from week to week depending on ingredient availability. Vegan sushi is just next level simply amazing! Piadina is delicious too! Several outdoor tables always crowded in the afternoon. My only complaint is portions are very little…

29/08/2024: It's a shame there aren't 6 stars, it deserves them all. Wide choice of first courses, second courses, side dishes and more. Quality and very fresh food, the right seasoning that enhances the flavor of the food. All completed by the kindness, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. Well done everyone! Try the pistachio coffee....superb!

03/12/2024: The cacio e pepe was not as tasty as it was in previous years ( this was my 29th visit to Rome). Apparently the chef is no longer an Italian. Next time I’ll stick with a salad.
23/11/2024: My friend and I have been loyal customers for more than 20 years! Over time we have tried many things from their large and varied menu. We have always eaten excellent and fresh food, the service has always been attentive and fast over the years. We had lunch there again today with an excellent cut accompanied by grilled vegetables and potatoes and a focaccia. It is our point of reference when we are in the center. Thanks to all the staff!!
