I came to eat here in Frascati in this little place I found on Google with my father🤗we were pleasantly surprised by the goodness of the dishes they brought us!!! I have been a vegetarian for a few years and I am aiming to become vegan, my father on the contrary is a great eater and consumer of meat, but I must tell you that he ate everything with gusto!!! we will soon have a plate of "pasta" made with courgettes pasta place with pesto...FABULOUS!!! We also had some parmigiana and some lemon tofu meatballs and toast with avocado and scrambled tofu which were also really tasty🥰from these simple dishes you can tell who knows how to cook!!! heartfelt compliments indeed, the staff...really kind and helpful!!! I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

The only fully vegan place in Frascati, Amazing cafe with very friendly staff and nice choice of healthy food and fresh juices and smoothies offering breakfast/ lunch and dinner options. Several freshly made smoothie options, my favourite is Energy ! Food options vary from week to week depending on ingredient availability. Vegan sushi is just next level simply amazing! Piadina is delicious too! Several outdoor tables always crowded in the afternoon. My only complaint is portions are very little…

Ottimo. Per la cordialità del personale, per il locale molto accogliente, per i piatti vegani assolutamente molto buoni, dal centrifugato al dolce (e sono onnivora!). Lo consiglio e sicuramente ci tornerò

The place is welcoming and relaxing 🌿Really excellent breakfast! Their soy yogurt with fresh and dried fruit is delicious 🤤 I recommend trying their plant-based dishes of the day! They always have interesting proposals

22/06/2024: Nice place for good quality cheap cooked breakfast, lots of varieties and really good coffee.
19/05/2024: The potatoes are very delicious, and the portion is just right for one person. The tuna is quite salty and I recommend eating it with a salad. The juice is delicious. Beautiful and comfortable shop❤️

20/07/2024: We were always reluctant to eat in Testaccio because of the fact that there were only tourists there like in Trastevere. But hey, as friends wanted to go there we followed them. It was a very good surprise. This shows that you shouldn't stop at your preconceptions. First, there were a few tourists but also a large majority of Italians. The atmosphere was friendly and sympathetic, a bit village-like and with very Roman characters - and very Roman ones. As the place is starting to be known, it is strongly recommended to book if you have a table on the terrace. We hadn't done so, but as people who had reserved didn't come on time she gave us their table. Nice. The place is famous for its beers but it is also possible to drink wine. The spritzes were well served and correct, rich in Campari but the prosecco lacked bubbles... Very wide choice of charcuterie and cheese boards. Everything is very good. Very cheerful and friendly service, diligent and fast. A good discovery.
