Do not hesitate. Book the reservation. We are at two Michelin restaurants on our trip and B.O.r.G.O. Was better than everything else we had. Gabriele was a fantastic host and chef. I will be recommending this restaurant to anyone I know going to Florence.

Wow! This place is a true gem! It blew away every other experience we had in Florence! I don’t leave many reviews but felt compelled in this case! The owner was so welcoming and passionate and engaged. He’s created an amazing space and thought through every detail from the silverware to the glasses to the chairs. The food was incredible! Thank you for a magical night!

Fantastic! Very nice small, nine table place in a cool local feeling neighborhood. The owner is the waiter and charming while providing a very high quality, quick dining experience. The menu changes often and is a reflection of what ingredients are in season and available. Simple dishes done very well. Best dinner we had in Florence by far!

Despite its small menu, the restaurant has so much to offer, especially if you're vegetarian. At least half of the dishes are meat-free, or meat-free upon request.
Gabrielle creates a particularly lovely atmosphere and recommends wonderful wines, even if you just want a glass. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and service, as well as the ambiance. There aren't many tables, but you can still chat at a normal volume. We'd love to come back!

B.O.r.G.O. Is a must if you are in Firenze/Florence. The food is incredible and Gabrielle is amazing.
We shared the gnocchi with a mushroom broth, and Cappellacci filled with burrata and with a covered in a grouse ragu that had cocoa nibs and a subtle herbal berry (spruce, hemlock?). For the secondi/main course we had Cod, pork with horseradish, and vegetarian Osso Bucco. It was all so incredible. Really, go!
