Very seldom do i rate a business 5 stars but this establishment earned it! A very cozy atmosphere, the picture perfect example of what you would visualize an old Italian village restaurant would be, as well as the greatest cook and server that you could ask for! Very good English and knowledge is the local area, as well as making the most delicious Tira Misu!

Domenica a pranzo con amici, siamo stati benissimo!
Location molto bella, tra i vicoli di Barrea, sala piccola ma molto curata ed accogliente. Ambiente caloroso, menu con piatti della tradizione locale: tutto molto buono, e prezzi onesti!
Una nota a parte per il tiramisu, unica (piccola) delusione del pranzo.
Consigliato, noi ci torneremo!

We had lunch with 5 of us and two large dogs and I was pleasantly surprised by the organization, courtesy and speed with which they served us. Excellent food, good wine and prices I would say were adequate for what we ate. delicious first courses and soups. If I pass through those parts again I will definitely return..

Small restaurant in the center of town with tasty dishes. Fast and friendly service, but a little too informal for my tastes. Very limited choice for desserts, for the other courses there are enough options. Price consistent with the quality, but it's a shame not to have received the receipt having paid in cash, an unjustifiable lack for me.

Intimate restaurant in the historic center of Barrea. Managed professionally by two young guys, very kind and helpful. ABSOLUTELY not to be missed are the tasty "cacio e ova balls" which look like clouds, soft and tasty, very different from the "meatball-like" ones eaten elsewhere, always here in Abruzzo. The porcini mushroom soup and the fresh and light lemon mousse cake are also excellent. The quality local cheeses denote the attention and love for the territory. The place only has a handful of tables, so it's a good idea to make a reservation. In our short stay in Barrea, we returned twice, precisely because it deserves it!

We went to this restaurant for lunch today, very good food. Starters with local products, first course with really good and tender white venison ragù, not to mention the perfectly cooked and very soft sliced meat. We will come back for sure

Il locale è molto carino, situato all'inizio del centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile.
Il personale è molto gentile e l'atmosfera è quella tipica di un piccolo ristorante di montagna.
Riguardo ai piatti non mi hanno sinceramente entusiasmato.
Il prezzo è giusto.
