Premetto che e' la terza volta che torno al Borghetto da agosto ieri. Ci sono stato in estate con i tavoli all' aperto e panorama splendido su Gubbio e ieri 1 novembre . Ho mangiato antipasto e grigliata mista in estate, una volta la pizza e ieri primo secondo e dolce. Andate e mangiate quello che preparano perché lo fanno veramente bene , non chiedete fuori menù perché sarebbe fuori dalle loro corde. Garantisco su antipasto coi loro salumi e formaggi, crescia , coratella e frittata al tartufo !! Ottime sia la lasagna sia le tagliatelle al sugo d'oca. Sempre ottima la loro carne e i dolci fatti in casa. Credeteci e andateci !!

Very family run, genuine and homemade food, rustic venue and breathtaking view. First course with wild boar stew and second course with mouth-watering sliced ​​veal. Truly exceptional home-produced salamis. Low prices and family atmosphere. Suitable for families with small children, there are games in the courtyard.

Locale un po' demodé stile balera, dicono che qui si balli e che vada tanto, ma io son capitato un giorno d'agosto a pranzo ed era solo ristorante. Preso antipasto con salumi di produzione propria, devo dire veramente ottimi. Primo con spezzatino di cinghiale, buono ed abbondante e secondo tagliata di vitella da leccarsi i baffi. Servizio molto familiare e casalingo. Conto molto contento. Consigliato anche a chi ha bimbi per i giochi all'estero. Ampio parcheggio gratuito e vista da mozzare il fiato

Very old-fashioned place with lots of photos on the walls, games for children and a dance hall (because in summer there is no dancing because it is not air conditioned). A nice simple dejection but with a beautiful view of Gubbio. Excellent typical and genuine products. The service was more than perfect with us, they treated us as if we were relatives. The only thing is, they don't have a menu where you can read what you eat and how much things cost, but it can always be improved.

07/01/2025: I tried this experience during January 1st 2025. Initially I was skeptical (given the date, and the knowledge that the New Year's Eve dinner had lasted until late morning) but I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. Not only the food and the environment, but above all the "Customer Attention" that the collaborators have been able to give us. Delicacy in communicating, consideration for details, concentration in respecting the various requests... all aspects that made us feel totally at ease. I recommend this restaurant.

07/01/2025: I promised I’d have rated the very pleasant experience at the Mercato Vianova: great food, really special dishes, great wine, and very good service. I’ll be back as soon as possible. 😊
28/12/2024: We ended up there by chance, without any pretensions or expectations, but fate rewarded us with an incredible experience. We weren't very hungry, having just finished two intense days of Umbrian cuisine, we ordered 2 appetizers for two (they deserve an honorable mention) which shocked our palates, the waiter was very kind in recommending them and telling us about them with an enthusiasm that it overwhelmed us, I inserted the photos because the eye also appreciated it (bovine tongue and amberjack head), we then took a mixed sashimi, very good and 2 portions of Uramaki for 8 which (don't hold it against me) not up to the standard of the rest, although good and finally a very good dessert. Large selection of wines and very good at drinks too (we bought 3). Total cost €106 for two, well spent. They literally turned our evening around, well done, well done!
