We had a wonderful dinner! The location was beautiful, the staff very qualified and attentive and the menu was a real discovery! We opted for the Piedmontese tasting menu and were surprised by the refinement and goodness of the dishes. Highly recommended!

A heritage of food and wine not only of Lanzo but of the entire Piedmont. An absolutely surprising cuisine in combinations and techniques. If we combine all this with the first-rate cellar, competence and enormous kindness we have this wonderful Bistro.

Locale piccolo ma finemente arredato. Tutto è stato superlativo! Eccezionale il vitello tonnato, gli gnocchi al Castelmagno per non parlare della guancia brasata che si scioglieva in bocca. Avrei lasciato perdere l' oliva liquida ma tutto il resto decisamente paradisiaco. Servizio ottimo e preciso. Prezzo non da bistrot ma adeguato all' alta qualità delle materie prime. Ci torneremo senz'altro.

This place was a real discovery on the occasion of the last festival (of the torcetto, the grissino and the toma di Lanzo). I stumbled upon it by chance, but the cuisine, the service and the location remained in my heart. Since the day I discovered it I have been back a few more times... and I must say that every time I go back I am always pleasantly satisfied with the culinary journey offered by the bistro.

Locale di piccole dimensioni, curato ed accogliente. Pranzato per due domeniche per puro caso, ma sempre con soddisfazione (a voler fare un appunto la prima domenica il servizio è stato un po' lento). Menu con un occhio alla tradizione ed alcune portate decisamente fuori dal comune, ben preparate e ben presentate. Carta dei vini ampia. Sulla definizione di bistrot, nel senso originario del termine (assimilabile al nostrano osteria) ci sarebbe da ridire, sia per la (apprezzabile) cura nei piatti che per il prezzo, non proprio popolare (pur se adeguato allo status del locale). Riassumendo... BRAVI!
