Always a sure thing! The food is good, the portions are generous, and the prices are great—what more could I say? The idea of drinking from mugs is always nice.

Gnocchetti a ruvida, where the food is excellent, with a vast menu that doesn't compromise on quality. Helpful and friendly staff.

Practically a dream come true. I went on Saturday night with my girlfriend, whom I thank from the bottom of my heart because she discovered this place ❤️. The place is beautiful, truly spacious and quaint, clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and, above all, attentive to their customers. What struck me most was the menu, because it caters to everyone. The place is renowned for its gnocchi, and rightly so; they are phenomenal and plentiful. The toppings are numerous and high-quality. For those who don't want gnocchi, you can choose either spaghetti or penne. In addition, the menu offers pizza, sandwiches, burgers, farinata, and much more, obviously accompanied by excellent beer. Unfortunately, the place is an hour and a half from my house, and this distance prevents me from going there as often as I'd like. Highly recommended, a restaurant that deserves recognition for its quality and professionalism, congratulations 👏

Went for dinner with colleagues. The staff was friendly, attentive, and precise. The gnocchi were handmade in every way, everything was good, even the bill. We'll be back. Antonio

I'm a huge fan of farinata. There are some places in Turin and Liguria that serve it very well, but here at Il Bisogno they make the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it. And not just the farinata!

A classic family-friendly place for casual gatherings, very large and perhaps a little chaotic. The food is good, and I recommend the excellent pan-fried gnocchi. I found the jarred desserts excellent. Perfect for gatherings with friends. Drinks are served in chamber pots.

Locale caldissimo, senza condizionata e senza pale da fare girare l'aria, cibo buono, peccato che i dessert siano serviti nei vasetti delle conserve..

Porto di Savona

12/01/2026: For those who love Piedmontese cuisine and want a super view... A wow view
11/01/2026: Everything was delicious. There were 15 of us at the table, but we didn't have to wait long. The dishes were traditional and carefully prepared, even the ones on offer. I just wouldn't put the salad on the same plate as the polenta or agnolotti!

Ristorante Certosa 1515

11/11/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A simply enchanting place. An ancient monastery transformed into a B&B, where you can still breathe in the silence and serenity of times gone by, but with all the comforts and attention of modern hospitality. The spaces are spacious, well-maintained, and full of charm: the cloister with its stone fountain, the terracotta corridors with wooden beams, the small, intimate and bright church. Every corner tells a story and invites you to relax. All around, nature reigns supreme: silent woods, marked trails by the Italian Alpine Club (CAI), and breathtaking views of the Sacra di San Michele, which appears through the trees like a painting. But the real added value is the staff: kind, helpful, always ready with a sincere smile. Here, you don't feel like just a guest, but a guest welcomed with warmth and attention. From the thoughtful breakfast to the advice on excursions, everything is done with passion. A stay that will leave a lasting impression: amidst history, nature, and heartfelt hospitality. ❤️ Highly recommended for those seeking peace, authenticity, and beauty.
11/11/2025: Narrative Report – From Monastic Silence to Contemporary Hospitality As soon as you step through the front door, time slows down. The din of the world remains outside, and what greets you is a full, enveloping silence, the kind that tells ancient stories. This complex, once a monastery, has now been reborn as a B&B, preserving its original charm and its spirit of peace and hospitality. The central cloister is the heart of the place: a secluded garden, surrounded by arched porticoes and flower-filled loggias. At the center, a stone basin topped by a flowerbed marks the slow, harmonious rhythm of time that seems to never end here. From the windows and galleries, you can glimpse the brick bell tower, silent guardian of centuries of monastic life. The interiors, with terracotta floors and wooden ceilings and cross vaults, retain all the authentic flavor of convent architecture. The ancient cells have been transformed into welcoming rooms, where simplicity meets modern comfort, while maintaining the monks' characteristic sobriety. The church, perfectly integrated into the complex, remains a place of meditation and contemplation. The light filtering through the Gothic windows, the elegant vaults, and the simple yet evocative altar make the space a refuge for the soul. The Natural Setting In the immediate vicinity, the complex is immersed in a landscape of extraordinary beauty. A forest of oak, birch, and chestnut trees surrounds the structure, crisscrossed by hiking trails marked with classic red and white signs. Walking among the leaves and scents of the earth, your gaze suddenly opens onto one of Piedmont's most iconic sights: the Sacra di San Michele, which stands majestically on the rock, a spiritual and architectural symbol of the Susa Valley. From here, the view extends to the mountain villages dotting the slopes, illuminated by the setting sun, in a succession of colors that change with the seasons. The Hospitality and the Staff But what makes this place truly special isn't just the ancient walls or the enchanting landscape: it's the hospitality of the people. The B&B staff stands out for their kindness, helpfulness, and sincere attention. Every gesture, from the smile upon arrival to the attentive service at breakfast, is performed with passion and professionalism. You truly feel like a guest, not a customer: welcomed as if at home, listened to, and pampered with discretion. Every detail, from the impeccable cleanliness to the thoughtfully designed spaces, speaks of the love of those who work here not just as a profession, but as a calling. Conclusion Today, this ancient monastery, transformed into a B&B, represents a bridge between memory and modern hospitality. A place where history, nature, and humanity blend to offer visitors an authentic experience: sleeping within centuries-old walls, waking to the light streaming through the arches, strolling through the woods, and feeling part of a living story, thanks also to those who keep it alive every day with dedication and warmth. Not just a stay, but an experience of beauty, silence, and humanity. 🌿
