For a reunion dinner with colleagues we opted for this brewery. The place is welcoming with the wood dominating and giving warmth to the cold winter evenings. Various choice of meats and platters. The brewer's stew and chili are excellent. Bidanoa beer and exceptional teas. To finish, Pula panettone with beer. High prices but justified by the quality of the products.

Abbiamo scelto questa birreria per una serata tra amici. Il locale è accogliente dove predomina il legno con tovaglie rosse. Birre eccezionali in particolare biddanoa e tuvixeddu. Ottimo lo spezzatino del birraio piatto tipico del locale. Panettone alla birra sublime. Prezzi altini ma giustificati dalla qualità dei prodotti.

Recommended both for lovers of "blonde" and not because it even becomes an ingredient for desserts. Vegan chili is very interesting. I recommend booking.

I've been there several times and always had a really good time! Delicious dishes, I recommend the Brewery's specialties because they are all truly delicious! Equally excellent beers, some very particular and to be enjoyed at least once such as the "mutta smoked" (excellent with various meat dishes) and the "figu morisca" flavored with prickly pear, truly particular and delicious!!! Absolutely recommended place!!

Vado al birrificio da quando ha aperto per la prima volta. Mi sono sempre trovata benissimo anche se negli ultimi anni hanno un po modificato il menù. Sempre tutto buonissimo ma qualcosa leggermente diversa. Anni fa erano buonissime le insalate ,varie ed abbondanti ma adesso non ci sono più . In compenso ci sono molte più scelte vegetariane. Il mix vegetariano lo preferivo com'era all'inizio 😅pero'sempre molti buono!Le birre tutte ottime e con tanta scelta. Consiglio di andarci perché merita.

BdC is a warranty of good beer, but also of good food and nice atmosphere. The staff is prepared and kind, the beers are really varied, there are many tables (still better to book) and there is parking.

A place where I like to go in every season. Good beer and good dishes, including a good choice for vegans and vegetarians. Large room that allows you to almost always find a place and ample parking that avoids having to drive around for a long time looking for a stall. Theirs are excellent, I really recommend tasting them all starting with the Beer Tasting Route.
