Locale di elevata qualità, ottime birre e carne accellente! Attenzione al prezzo della carne (di alta qualità), sul menù l'Angus è citato di 500g in realtà raramente di trova quindi propongono 600/700 g occhio al prezzo riportato sul menù perché è all'etto! Ho trovato un aumento consistente sui prezzi, anche l'acqua (servita in bottiglia in vetro) € 4,00 quanto una birra 0.30. La qualità dei prodotti è molto alta, ma attenzione con i prezzi, leggere bene il menù per non avere sorprese in cassa! Ottimo locale per serate con amici, location molto curata! Consigliato ma attenzione ai prezzi della 🍖 🥩

For a reunion dinner with colleagues we opted for this brewery. The place is welcoming with the wood dominating and giving warmth to the cold winter evenings. Various choice of meats and platters. The brewer's stew and chili are excellent. Bidanoa beer and exceptional teas. To finish, Pula panettone with beer. High prices but justified by the quality of the products.

Abbiamo scelto questa birreria per una serata tra amici. Il locale è accogliente dove predomina il legno con tovaglie rosse. Birre eccezionali in particolare biddanoa e tuvixeddu. Ottimo lo spezzatino del birraio piatto tipico del locale. Panettone alla birra sublime. Prezzi altini ma giustificati dalla qualità dei prodotti.

Recommended both for lovers of "blonde" and not because it even becomes an ingredient for desserts. Vegan chili is very interesting. I recommend booking.

03/10/2024: This place is for sure a "must-have" on your gastronomic adventure in Sardegna. If you arrive to Cagliari and travel around - this should be definitely in Your scope. The place is usually full, then we recommend to book in advance. We opted for both degustation sets, themed around earth and sea, and were thoroughly impressed by the exquisite balance of flavors crafted by Chef Manuele Senis (and his small team). Each dish showcased his creative approach, highlighting the best of local ingredients in a delightful interplay of textures and tastes. The earth menu offered rich, hearty flavors, while the sea selection was fresh and vibrant, making for a remarkable culinary journey. Don't hesitate to accompain it with wine proposed by Melania. We left feeling completely satisfied, eager to return for another round of this delightful gastronomic adventure. Again, I highly recommend Mema for anyone looking to indulge in a masterfully curated dining experience! Cheers!
