After many years I returned to this brewery by chance. The dishes offered are excellent where meat reigns supreme. Very tender and tasty, even more particular given that beer is used for cooking. Good fries and ice cream, everything excellent including the service. There's no point in talking about the beer that wins hands down. Average prices.

Dopo tanti anni sono tornato per caso in questo birrificio. Ottimi i piatti offerti dove la carne fa da padrona. Molto tenera e saporita, ancor più particolare visto che viene usata la birra per cucinare. Buone le patate fritte e i gelati, tutto ottimo compreso il servizio. Inutile parlare della birra che vince a mani basse. Prezzi nella media.

It's the second time I've gone to dinner with friends at the Cagliari Brewery. The second time I found it even better than the first. They have a menu that is not very extensive but special and, including wonderful craft beers, at an absolutely honest price. I will continue to book and return.

PARADISE.... exaggerated? Maybe, but for those who, like me, love good beer, the Birrificio di Cagliari is the closest thing to paradise you can find... excellent dishes, a themed and very beautiful environment (the production room in view is suggestive), kind and welcoming staff, but the beer... the beer is SUPER... in short, when I'm in Cagliari, I can avoid everything but an evening at the Birrificio and a few bottles for the return trip... you are number one!

The American Angus Beef was cooked just right and the always fresh beers enhance its taste. Must try Figu Morisca. We didn't miss the Birramisu either.

Abbiamo scelto questa birreria per una serata tra amici. Il locale è accogliente dove predomina il legno con tovaglie rosse. Birre eccezionali in particolare biddanoa e tuvixeddu. Ottimo lo spezzatino del birraio piatto tipico del locale. Panettone alla birra sublime. Prezzi altini ma giustificati dalla qualità dei prodotti.
