Nice, but no longer dancing. Poor food, outrageous vegetarian menu. Pulled pork served lukewarm with potatoes that had been cooked for who knows how long. Prices far from the quality, definitely far from past experiences at this very famous place. Baked potatoes were obscene, to say the least, cold and stale, with no salt. Service was absurd, to say the least. The waiters were invisible and poorly organized. I had to ask for bread with a meat and they brought me stale bread on a Saturday. The cold vegetarian tasting was almost inedible; only the two freshly made fried culurgiones were decent. They cleared our table and didn't even ask for dessert. The beers were excellent, and the phone charging service was greatly appreciated. But we weren't even talking about making baked potatoes—nothing difficult—and about aligning the quality of service and main courses with the history of the brewery and the price! Not recommended.

A good selection of vegan options! There's even dessert for those who don't eat meat or animal products. The people in the kitchen really know their stuff! Prices are average for other similar establishments in Cagliari, but the food quality is much higher and the portions are generous. Regarding the beers, we did a tasting menu that was pretty good and reasonably priced. I have one criticism, however: it's disappointing to charge €3.80 for a liter of water. It may be filtered, but it's still tap water. It doesn't do a good job of advertising the place. I'm still giving it 5 stars because the waiters were incredibly kind and helpful. From the kitchen to the dining room, the staff made us feel at home. It's a pleasure to spend an evening in places like this.

Excellent, seasonal food, with a variety of meat and mixed platters. A variety of very good draft beers. Very limited bottled beers (Christmas season). Nice, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for dinners with friends and beer tastings.

Everything here is classic: Canadian mash pots like in proper Czech breweries, flower tanks, etc. In short, the beer was 100% impressive! The Helles is on point, the Bitter Ale is just great, and the IPA is also on point. The Stout is not as full-bodied as it should be, but not every beer from a brewery is perfect! The food is great, the portions are huge! Local cheeses and cold cuts, interesting main courses. Thanks to the guys for the energy they put into all this! If we have the chance, we will definitely come back 🍻🍻🍻

Excellent food, great beer, and excellent service. A truly positive experience, one to repeat at least once a month. The staff and the owner are always very helpful. What's also important, at least for me, is that dogs are welcome, and a bowl of water is always brought by the waiter on duty.

I've visited this place several times, almost always for dinner, and I have to say I've always had a good experience. The food is decent and the drinks are excellent, with a wide selection of beers and more. This time, we went with a group of friends late for a few drinks, and they welcomed us kindly and without any fuss. Considering it was a Thursday and that many other places in the area will slam their doors in your face after 10 or 11 PM, even if it's just for ordering a beer (see @Doppio Malto), they showed they're willing to work without any fuss.

I know the Birrificio di Cagliari very well and go there every time I return "home." The craft beer here is top-quality, with authentic and well-balanced flavors, and the cuisine offers excellent, succulent dishes. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, ready to recommend the perfect pairing. For me, it's more than just a place: it's a place that makes you feel like you're coming home.
