I have been going to the brewery for years and it is a certainty. It is true that the menu does not reserve surprises, but there are indeed some dishes that are a treat and that are nice to find, such as the brewer's stew, tender meat immersed in a rich sauce. The beers are excellent and suitable for all tastes, the staff is friendly. Only criticism... if you cannot drink alcohol the choice is limited to a few drinks... it would be nice, given the attention to the needs of veg customers, to also have some alcohol-free alternatives, perhaps some beers even from external brands and some cocktails.

We enjoyed excellent Vibo accompanied by super good beers produced by them.
I really appreciated the "Genneruxi" a super Ipa.

I'll keep it simple, having already reviewed this place other times, always good, good food, excellent beers and excellent staff. The only negative note is the price of water, 4€ filtered is out of the market, for the rest top.

I have been there several times and I have always had a great time! Delicious dishes, I recommend the Birrificio's specialties because they are all really delicious! Equally excellent beers, some very special and to be tasted at least once like the "mutta affumiada" (excellent with various meat dishes) and the "figu morisca" flavored with prickly pear, truly special and delicious!!! Absolutely recommended place!!

Great experience!
We try to spend an evening at your Brewery every time we return to Cagliari. The service is proactive: the waiters Alan and Marco are kind, professional and competent. The excellent beers and quality platters have left us with a very good memory, we will gladly return, thank you!

Dopo tanti anni sono tornato per caso in questo birrificio. Ottimi i piatti offerti dove la carne fa da padrona. Molto tenera e saporita, ancor più particolare visto che viene usata la birra per cucinare. Buone le patate fritte e i gelati, tutto ottimo compreso il servizio. Inutile parlare della birra che vince a mani basse. Prezzi nella media.

After many years I returned to this brewery by chance. The dishes offered are excellent where meat reigns supreme. Very tender and tasty, even more particular given that beer is used for cooking. Good fries and ice cream, everything excellent including the service. There's no point in talking about the beer that wins hands down. Average prices.

Locale di elevata qualità, ottime birre e carne accellente!
Attenzione al prezzo della carne (di alta qualità), sul menù l'Angus è citato di 500g in realtà raramente di trova quindi propongono 600/700 g occhio al prezzo riportato sul menù perché è all'etto! Ho trovato un aumento consistente sui prezzi, anche l'acqua (servita in bottiglia in vetro) € 4,00 quanto una birra 0.30.
La qualità dei prodotti è molto alta, ma attenzione con i prezzi, leggere bene il menù per non avere sorprese in cassa!
Ottimo locale per serate con amici, location molto curata!
Consigliato ma attenzione ai prezzi della 🍖 🥩
