Pasticceria Scalvini In Noli

This is my favorite pasticceria in the region! Excellent wheat free hazelnut and almond cookies!

The amaretti from Scalvini Pastry Shop are among the best I've ever tasted.... But this time I focused on April Fool's Day, a typical Savona dessert featuring layers of sponge cake, filled with butter cream, and topped with almond paste. The product I tasted met my expectations, well-filled and with well-defined flavors. I'll add a sampling of the dry pastries from previous visits, which I found well-balanced and with delicate flavors. Very courteous and professional service, absolutely reasonable price.

Sweet or savory? There's not much to say... Everything was delicious and highly recommended! The staff was top notch!
