We wanted a quick glass of wine to go with a quick bite (an aperitivo, but we were in a hurry, which is why we chose this place: it was closest to the Baretti theater). We opted for the tartare. It was delicious; mine was with truffle oil and Castelmagno cheese. So, the food was definitely a thumbs up. The wine was also good, a Nebbiolo. What I didn't find fair, however, was the price: €9 for a glass of Nebbiolo (unfortunately, it wasn't listed, I would have avoided it) is way too much, especially considering the less-than-perfect service. €16 for the tartare is a bit steep considering the type of place, but it was listed and I accepted. Total €26.50 including cover charge. You should spend €10 less. These are choices, quality comes at a price, but I won't be returning.

The food quality was excellent, with excellent preparation and presentation, as was the selection of matching wines. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and creates a homey atmosphere. The outdoor seating is classic, with the only downside being that the space is a bit cramped, but considering the area, that's understandable. Overall, I had a really good time and will definitely return in the future. I recommend it to everyone, both families and non-family members.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and feels familiar, right from the first visit. Excellent quality food, including cured meats, cheeses, and meats. Top-quality ingredients and many highly sought-after treats, both in the food and drinks. More than fair prices, and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the food served. A must-visit when in Turin.

Discovered purely by chance, the cutting boards are assembled very well and the service is truly excellent.
