A true locals spot and one of our favorites in Turin. All local ingredients, an extensive wine list they will walk / show you through before ordering. A real experience vs just another cafe/bar.

This place is lovely!! It’s fun because you get to choose your wine 🍷 displayed inside and the food is delicious. Amazing spot in the neighborhood!

Primera noche en Turín. Il Barotto, llegamos tarde. Camarera fantástica, no me se el nombre. Todo profesionalidad y con mucha paciencia debido a mi pobre italiano. Pido tabla de embutido y queso, con botella de vino. El embutido de la zona del Piamonte, para mi, decepcionante. Los quesos fantásticos. Vino mediocre. Me lo paso bien, estoy a gusto. Precio muy razonable.

In general, the food was very good and the person who served us was 10. In my modest opinion, the cheeses should have some cured cheese such as parmesan or similar, 5 types and all creamy and similar to my taste. The place is small, although what matters is the food of course.

We went here for an aperitif. We liked the platter and the wines (the cured meats a little less than the cheeses but still quite good), the only flaw was the service and the wait. The girl who served us brought us the cutting board with the table receipt placed on the cured meats and kept it there even while she explained the dishes to us, certainly unhygienic. In addition, we waited more than half an hour to receive our platter, and the place only had two tables occupied besides us. I don't want to know when it's full.

26/08/2024: Having come by chance, we stopped for a last minute dinner given the location, which was very nice My boyfriend and I ordered a bottle of wine and two pizzas The staff is young and very welcoming, the pizza is slightly smaller than normal but definitely full, prices are normal, also considering the place, we didn't try cocktails or platters If I ever come back through here, I will definitely be back!
25/08/2024: Nice place, in a square near the historic center of Collegno, the service was impeccable, they offer particular and very good beers, the only flaw is the food, we both had a Margherita pizza, it's probably not their strong point, I recommend you focus on other dishes.

15/11/2024: Surprisingly good toast and coffee. Perfect little cafe to load up on energy before a long hike up the mountains of Susa Valley. Great value for money.
02/11/2024: A nice local bar, very clean and well looked after (including the toilets). Even crowded on the day of the holiday, he promptly served us with good sandwiches and toasts. A good beer and a lot of courtesy are a good business card for the business. A beautiful outdoor terrace allows you to enjoy company in the best possible way.
