Unique experience. We entered without great expectations, but we left very, very happy. The restaurant offers a small variety of platters of local cured meats and cheeses, all freshly cut, and a few cuts of beef for lovers. There is no wine list, because the staff updates the list of wines for guests every week, to guarantee them the best. Maybe the waiting times are a little long, but as they themselves say, they cut everything at the moment and a little wine will make the wait go away. Excellent quality and impeccable service, waitress available and explains everything you have on the chopping board. If I could I would gladly come back!!!

My wife and I had dinner there last Saturday, December 14, attracted by recommendations that it was an ideal place to try products from the Piedmont region. We found the menu quite short and not very varied. The suggestions regarding pairing were not very enlightening and in the end we ended up ordering a Chardonnay. The food was not bad. We ordered a tartar with Gorgonzola mousse first, which in my opinion was a little bland, and for the second and main course we had a local cheese and cold cuts board. Although it is large and impressive due to its dimensions, it does not have a wide range of products that can satisfy different palates. For example, the cheeses were all soft and we missed some more cured cheese. We had to order a basket of bread to accompany the tasting and I think that should already be included. The atmosphere seemed a bit cold to me, both because of the decoration of the place and because of its temperature. On a night as cold as Turin's, we would have felt much more comfortable if they had turned up the heating.

Découverte par hasard... et ce sera vraisemblablement la meilleure expérience turinoise, malgré les établissements précédents, pourtant tous recommandés, que nous avions déjà expérimentés ! Il Barotto nous a régalés comme jamais, une des meilleures propositions de planches de charcuterie et de fromages que nous n'ayons jamais goûtées. Un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel, de très belles quantités, une sélection optimale expliquée et servie avec beaucoup de gentillesse... Une carte des vins très abordable et d'excellents desserts pour couronner le tout. Toutes nos félicitations pour la qualité de votre travail et cet amour du métier qui cherche à faire découvrir les trésors de sa région ! On a adoré ❤️

Posto semplice, personale gentile. Il menù offre taglieri di salumi e formaggi e battute di carne. Prodotti del territorio di ottima qualità. Una cantina che offre delle ottime proposte per tutte le fasi e di prezzo. Mai più vero il detto “Less is more”. Il menù offre una selezione accuratamente scelta che lascia tutti molto soddisfatti! Lo consiglierei sicuramente sia per un aperitivo che per una cena a base di prodotti locali.
