Il Baronetto In Amelia

This is one of the most beautiful places in italy, in October we had a wonderful table on the terrace with beautiful views. We started with a vintage Sagrantio which was excellent, antipasto plater was ample and amazing assortment the cherry condiment was a treat. The tagliatelle pasta with fresh picked wild mushrooms was out of this world, bread served with the meal was the best I've had in Italy. The service was great and our host was very friendly. Try to come early and tour the restaurant building with many pre Roman features. The restaurant has met many challenges during COVID-19 but has come out on top. They have renovated their patio and inclosed it in plexiglass and added heat lamps for chilly evenings We booked a table to celebrate our anniversary, the service was excellent and though our favourite wine was out of stock they recommended a good substitute. Food was very good and the desert was excellent. Call ahead for reservations because staffing is still anniversary issue. Il Baronetto is still one of the best places within the historic centre of Amelia . We watched a beautiful sunset from the patio the went inside to the fireplace room were a blazing fire was waiting for us. The food was amazing as always and so was the wine.

Beh che dire...all inizio sembra di entrare in un castello del 700...poi fatti accomodare dal proprietario gentilissimo vicino la sala del camino ...eravamo soli...ma grazie al cibo e al focolare sembrava di rivivere una storia di altri tempi...ortime le fettuccine per il bambino e la tagliata gustosa.....tutto bene per finire la crostata fatta dalla padrona di casa....

A beautiful experience with a breathtaking view. Every single dish was delicious and the service was also excellent. The owner was quoted as being very kind in showing us all the rooms and for explaining the history of the building. We will be back for sure

It is worth a visit, an extraordinary location set in an extraordinary context

Ci siamo fermati per mangiare un boccone a ristorante chiuso, ma ci hanno fatto accomodare ugualmente. Abbiamo preso due piatti ed è andata abbastanza bene, ma il rapporto prezzo qualità non mi ha convinto. La tagliata era decisamente normale, non mi è sembrato che ci fosse un qualcosa in più. I prezzi sono da signor ristorante.

We happened upon it for lunch, we ate very well with a spectacular view, very friendly service, we felt welcomed like at home

We had lunch in the garden first with venison and venison stew The dessert is also good In my opinion the expense is within the norm I recommend it

The place is very nice, especially in summer and offers a panoramic terrace. Good food and friendly, helpful staff. The only flaw is that it is difficult to find parking, unfortunately the historic center of Amelia does not offer much space
