The only real pub in the historic center of Saluzzo! The clientele varies from the youngest to the residents! Good food especially the sandwiches to try at least once! Excellent draft beers! Friendly and very engaging service! Ambience 9! I think I will go back.... too bad it's far from my house otherwise I would always be there!

08/12/2025: I had lunch here alone while waiting to pick up my son, who was skiing on the nearby slopes. The place is very charming and characteristic, typical of these mountain villages. I had a trio of appetizers and polenta with sausage; I'd say everything was good, but very simple. Recommended for its value.
12/10/2025: I would go back every day if I could, fantastic experience, very friendly and helpful staff, top!
