The location is absolutely worth it, but we were disappointed by the seafood linguine. It was absolutely tasteless. It tasted like a simple plate of pasta with seafood thrown on top, rock-hard, rubbery calamari, dried-out mussels, and two or three clams inside. It had an aftertaste of glutamate and onion. For the modest price of €28, it absolutely didn't taste like seafood sauce; you could tell the fish had been cooked separately, dry and tough. Honestly, I've never had worse seafood pasta. I left almost half of it and wasn't even asked why when they took the plates away. Beautiful place, but I'd recommend it only for the view, not the food. The staff was generally friendly and helpful.

Amazing place!
In a heavenly corner of Mazzarò, there's this gem where you can enjoy traditional dishes, very well prepared and truly delicious.
The service is impeccable, especially the kindness of a lady who told us she's been working there for over 20 years.
Specifically, my girlfriend and I ordered: Il Barcaiolo pasta, seared tuna (INCREDIBLE!!!) with onions, linguine allo scoglio, and Mazzara shrimp tartare.
It's impossible to visit Taormina without dining here!

We had the most beautiful dinner this week. We were lucky enough to be seated at best table in the house, were spoiled for choice on the menu and only wish we could have stayed longer and eaten more. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Romantic restaurant with beautiful views. We had one of the fish captures of the day and it was pretty expensive for what it was. Plain grilled fish for more than 100 euros. The oysters though were amazing, especially the ones with mandarin sorbet. Some of the best ones we ever had. The local wine was also very nice. Service was alright, but we felt a bit ignored; we could also see that the other tables had complementary bread and breadsticks, but we did not receive that. Overall not the greatest dinner.

100% service and quality of food is exceptional the fish of the day grilled is excellent with the vegetables or if you just want pizza or pasta 🍕 it’s wonderful. If you love your wine choose a local Etna wine we had two different whites and they were lovely.
We ate here 3 times while staying in the Atlantis Bay Hotel ❤️❤️

Catch of the Day was excellent, the nice German-speaking waiter and the chef conjured up two dishes from the fish, pasta and fillet with vegetables, to kneel down on, with Entna Bianco, buinissimo.

We ate wonderfully. Abundant and very high quality dishes. Even though I am a vegetarian, unlike my boyfriend, they were very available for my needs. Extremely knowledgeable sommelier, generous with anecdotes, very kind owners and service. We will absolutely return.
