Everything was delicious, I especially recommend the cheese focaccia and the farinata. The best farinata in Piedmont.

Extremely friendly staff, a welcoming space with brick vaults, and a spectacular wine cellar. Besides enjoying their excellent farinata for lunch, you can also sample various specialties. Before leaving, you can also buy their homemade desserts and local, zero-mile products. Perfect for a quick lunch! Recommended for quality and price!

A mouth-watering dinner!
We ordered a mixed cured meats and cheese appetizer, which was truly excellent and high-quality (Montebore cheese of various ages and cured meats), followed by the delicious cheese focaccia, rich and crispy. The service was very friendly, helpful, and quick. Reservations are recommended. We'll be back to try other dishes!

My second experience at this lovely restaurant, which also has a shop attached. The dishes are few, mostly traditional, but the ingredients are excellent and the service is friendly: a family with two children who don't make a reservation on a fair day isn't always welcomed. Excellent farinata, a superb charcuterie and cheese platter, and delicious pan pizzas, cheese focaccia, and chocolate crepes. The only downside, perhaps, is the price of the platter compared to the rest.

The farinata, one of the specialties, is excellent. The portions are generous. The place is welcoming, and the staff is courteous and efficient. Local products are available for purchase.
