Sopra la cittadina di Sigillo, in un posto tra il verde dei boschi, questo ristorante pizzeria è molto frequentato, soprattutto in questi giorni di gran caldo. Infatti l'agognata frescura qui si trova e la pizza è buona, sottile e ben cotta; volendo si può optare per il ristorante che però non abbiamo provato. C'è pure una piccola pista da ballo. Il guaio è che i tempi del servizio sono molto lunghi, qualcuno nei tavoli vicini se ne è anche lamentato; noi non avevamo fretta e ci godevamo il fresco ma questa cosa va messa in preventivo. Personale comunque gentile e prezzo più che onesto.

So far I have eaten "pizzas" of all kinds, unleavened, cracker pizza, fried dumpling-like, piadipizza, etc... Here, however, we find a pizza, cooked in an electric oven (but you wouldn't think so), with a crust present, but not excessively pronounced, well honeycombed and with a speck present, but not excessive. When bitten, it is initially fragrant and then melts in the mouth, never rubbery, not even when it cools. The fillings are also good, in addition to the classic ones, we find the special and seasonal ones. Also noteworthy is the frying, enriched with pumpkin outside. The choice of beers is also good. We will certainly return hoping to repeat because continuity is of fundamental importance, but increasingly rare to find.

Good pizza but we waited over an hour for 2 pizzas. I asked for a pizza and was brought another one.

Non hanno risposto alle varie telefonate fatte per prenotare, ma visto che eravamo nelle vicinanze abbiamo deciso di andare ugualmente e abbiamo trovato gli ultimi 4 posti. Discreti i fritti e anche le pizze, anche se queste ultime erano un poco troppo alte. 3 birre e un'acqua. Prezzo nella norma. Posto è carino

Young, kind and capable. Be wary of the reviews of hysterical girls with children and people who would like to grow it even inside the manholes, not seeing it on restaurant menus, as much as we love it, for us in the province (Pg) is a relief. Starters and first courses between the traditional and the expertly revisited, excellent. Fresh, homemade desserts, delicious. Isolated position in the woods (but two minutes from the Flaminia) and cool in summer. Ps note of merit: offering the cheeses of the "master" Facchini (local excellence) is a great thing.

Good restaurant, very good food and at honest prices. Excellent service. Definitely recommended!
