Phone. I would like to point out that I cannot eat anything containing dairy products. Maximum availability. When we arrived, I found a perfect, carefully decorated and clean environment. The owners and waiters were extremely helpful. I was able to eat from appetizer to dessert. All the dishes were spectacular, cooked to perfection. No waiting between courses. My compliments, truly. Highly recommended!

Besides the beautiful, old-world ambiance inside and the delightful outdoor space, what truly won me over about this restaurant is its food: EXCELLENT! Unique vegetable appetizers with mouth-watering combinations—I could have eaten until I burst; first courses made with fresh pasta and fantastic combinations. Gelato with a peach and mint sauce and a dash of licorice is the perfect end to an exceptional meal. The ingredients are beyond prime: from the adjacent garden, the surrounding woods, all picked by the expert hands of Miriam, who knows how to work magic (thanks for the thyme I used to make my salt). Miriam also captivates with her kindness, cheerfulness, and truly unique hospitality. The visit to the Balmetto (a truly unique sight) was the icing on the cake. A beautiful and delicious dinner that I hope to repeat again, perhaps with a stay in the beautiful valley given our distance. THANK YOU

Excellent appetizers all delicious and tasty, always very cool place even in summer, and in winter fireplace lit, Miriam always prepares different foods using mountain herbs that she knows very well and personally collects .... then the dish we were waiting for arrived: The Ajucche soup to say the least fantastic .... to be applauded. The desserts are always delicious, zabaglione, homemade ice cream with strawberries, hazelnut cake then the blanc-manger to end the dinner well

55 ani di matrimonio. I miei ospiti ed io (10 in tutto) siamo stati accolti più come amici che come clienti. Trattati da ospiti di riguardo, serviti al tavolo da una sollecita, simpatica, bella ragazza (caratteristica che non guasta), abbiamo gustato portate ottime e abbiamo pagato un conto più che accettabile. Visita al caratteristico "balmetto" compresa. A malincuore, ma più che soddisfatti, siamo rientrati a Torino, ma torneremo qui sicuramente.

E’ la 3 ° volta che frequentiamo questo ristorante ,ed è tutto detto . Numerosi antipasti , non banali bensì legati alla stagionalità e alla cucina canavesana e 2 primi piatti. Cito fra tutti un flan caldo di asparagi su crema di parmigiano..delizioso ! Piatti generosi e spesso con “ ripasso” . L’artefice delle bontà é la simpatica signora titolare , coadiuvata da altre valide donne. Il locale è aperto solo nei fine settimana , su prenotazione , e nelle canoniche festività. In genere il menù è fisso , e all’occorrenza è sufficiente una telefonata per evidenziare eventuali necessità. Beh.. non vi resta che degustarlo ..
