Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura ed è stata un’esperienza bellissima. Il posto è magnifico, le stanze belle e pulite, l’accoglienza perfetta. Non potevo scegliere di passare il compleanno in un posto migliore. Grazie mille

18 th Century. Restored farm, 10 small but nicely furnished rooms. It’s a boutique for sure but what sets it apart is the service and guidance. Brunella’s team is very knowledgeable and detailed with great information and access to locals like Giro who became our “personal” driver to town , to the beach to the best sites. The hotel is just about 6-7 minutes from the centro. Lots of ristorantes, some souvenir shops , ladies beach wear and the hats. Don’t sun burn your hair. A great buffet breakfast of fruit , yogurt and a great assortment of breads. It was a place for the experiential traveler.

What a gem! What a gem! We were not sure of what to expect when we booked, and were a bit worried we had to pay the stay of our entire party (my husband and me and our 2 adult daughters with their partners) ahead of time. But nothing to worry about, the place was well, well above our expectations and the price is more than reasonable for what you get: pure bliss and serenity! ! Only 10 rooms all occupied when we stayed and you don’t fell as if you were almost the only guests, so quiet and pleasant. Brunella and Francesca make you feel welcome and you know it’s sincere, they are truly helpful (Brunella saved us multiple times with our bike rentals after a triple flat tire incident). And so much attention to details, like the nespresso machine and the snacks available in the charming small lobby. The great breakfast with outstanding service by a smart caring team. An exceptional place managed by exceptional people. This is the place at which to stay in Favignana, perfect location, incredible value for money, a gem truly! We will come again!

Baglio was the most amazing hotel experience we have ever had. From check in to check out, Brunella was so attentive and accommodating to all of our needs. Her english was flawless and we could not have survived booking taxis or transfers without her help. We got married here and had multiple vendors passing in and out. The staff made sure we and our vendors were taken care of with whatever we needed. The hotel restaurant staff and bartenders made special arrangements for those with food allergies and still delivered some of the best dinners and breakfasts I have ever had. The hotel itself is breathtaking. the landscaping and decor should be on a postcard. We loved our experience and cannot wait to be back.

Ennesima scommessa del proprietario del ristorante Sottosale capace di portare in quel di Favignana una ventata di professionalità nella ristorazione (non me ne vogliano gli altri ristoratori ma un dato oggettivo insindacabile) Orbene dire che va tutto al Giardino del sottosale sarebbe invero, però le basi per far bene in futuro ci sono tutte La location é molto bella anche il concetto di cucina proposta é alquanto intrigante un mix fra tutte le cucine dei paesi del mediterraneo La qualità delle materie prime utilizzate é di ottimo livello, mentre la carta: dei vini risulta azzeccata Forza e coraggio che anche questa si rivelerà una scelta vincente
