We stopped here on our way to Catania. It's just minutes off the A19 and is really worth the stop. I had a vegetarian dish of spinach and ricotta ravioli in a walnut cream sauce. My husband had a tagliatelle dish of field mushrooms and sausage. We finished with coffee and the finest tiramisu I've tasted. Delicious home cooked Sicilian food at its finest

We went for lunch on Easter Sunday. The temperature allowed it and we had lunch outside under the gazebo. Excellent lunch. We will be back.

Made a stop here driving on the highway is only a small detour to Scillato. Beautiful scenery, graceful host and honest country-side food. Perfect place for a tasty meal.

In generale ingredienti di buona qualità, peccato per la preparazione delle pietanze che abbiamo ordinato. Sia la pasta al ragù e funghi che il risotto radicchio e gorgonzola (latitante), erano eccessivamente "oleose" (abbastanza olio nel fondo del piatto). Prezzi nel complesso del menù, alti.

Bel posto, prodotti di qualità e servizio top.
Buoni i primi e la scelta di prendere un antipasto da dividere, propostoci dal cordiale titolare (o cameriere molto interessato) é stata vincente.
Siamo stati davvero bene, io viaggio molto per lavoro e conosco tanti posti, ma il "Baglio di Maria" è tra i miei preferiti.
Io sono molto critico, non sono propenso a dare giudizi affrettati, ma sono un buon cliente...non mi é nemmeno mai mancato di complimentarmi di un locale anche solo per la cortesia e disponibilità ricevuta, seppur, a volte, per la modesta qualità delle portate ma il Baglio mi ha convinto e ritorneró certamente con tutta la mia grande famiglia al completo.
