IKNOS In Tortolì

We came here three days in a row. The food was delicious, traditional Sardinian. It's a family-run business with friendly staff. The prices are really reasonable for the portions. There's even air conditioning inside for those hot days. We'll definitely be back on our next Sardinian trip!

Very good pizza, but terrible service! We waited before writing the review because the pizza is good and worth it, we tried it several times, both in the summer months and during the winter period and the constant remains: terrible service! Most of the waiters are inadequate, perhaps due to lack of experience and those who coordinate them are perhaps guilty of arrogance, the way they behave towards them is disrespectful and certainly does not help them to do better. The coordinator is often rude even with customers! Tables almost never ready despite the reservation, 4 times out of 5 the pizzas of the same table arrived 10 minutes apart from each other.. in short, a disaster, too bad! Another tip: change the chairs, uncomfortable and too low compared to the tables

The Iknos Risto Pub in Tortolì is a cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing evening. The decor is inviting, and the staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the pizzas we tried were only moderately good. While they were edible and the toppings were okay, they lacked that certain something. The dough wasn't particularly crispy or flavorful, and the overall taste was rather average. You get the feeling that pizza is being made here, but without any passion or particular refinement. The drinks selection was passable, with a good selection of beers and some local wines, which fit well with the pub atmosphere. The prices were reasonable for what was offered. Overall, the Iknos Risto Pub is a place to spend a relaxing evening if you don't have particularly high expectations when it comes to pizza. It might be enough for a quick, uncomplicated bite, but anyone looking for a truly outstanding pizza will probably be disappointed here.

Delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. The service was excellent and the waiters very friendly. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre for all of us. The atmosphere was very "train station" during the meal—it was too busy for us to enjoy a leisurely meal.

Fair prices and good pizza. The service was also great and the staff helpful. Would recommend! :)

La location è ideale. Ci si arriva facilmente anche a piedi. La presentazione è ottima così come l' accoglienza del personale, gentile e professionale a dispetto della giovane età. Le portate sono abbondanti ed i tempi d' attesa nella media pur essendo l' esercizio abbastanza affollato. La qualità dei cibi è ottima, idem dicasi per la preparazione. L'esperienza è molto positiva. Ci torneremo. Lo posso consigliare.
