Iginio's desserts need no introduction, they're all fabulous...

We tried a savory maritozzo with pancetta and courgettes, which was delicious, and a maritozzo with custard, where I found the cream to be delicious, but unfortunately there was very little custard. I'd give the savory maritozzo the highest score, but not the sweet one, which was good but...normal 🙂

For the first time I went with my best friend who wanted to pamper me a little 🥰 and I really fell in love with the pastry shop, we were also treated very well and satisfied with their coffee! Congratulations!

We had breakfast with a cream-filled Parisienne and a Sacher torte, which were delicious. The staff was super friendly. The price is obviously very high, both for the location and the reputation.

The display case of miniature pastries is simply enchanting: a small art gallery of colors, perfect shapes, and sweet treats that beg to be sampled. We chose the famous Maritozzo, a sweet version, freshly prepared, soft and delicious, ideal for starting the day with a sweet boost. A place that combines quality, beauty, and hospitality: it's impossible not to recommend it.

I came here specifically to buy a Maritozzo to take home as a gift... the girl at the counter who served me was very kind and professional. What can I say? The Maritozzo I tasted spoke for itself, and the one I brought to Bergamo didn't disappoint. I also bought some macarons.

Mediocre breakfast and mediocre service for much higher-than-average prices. Here, you're only paying for the name, not the quality.

Undeniably fine pastry. And great coffee.
