Cenamos en Identità Golose, Via Romagnosi, 3 , 20121 Milán en Nochevieja de 2024 . Elegimos el restaurante debido a su proximidad al Teatro alla Scala donde asistimos a una actuación y queríamos cenar en un restaurante cercano. También Identità Golosse estaba ofreciendo una comida especial NYE de múltiples platos con maridajes de bebidas que estábamos dispuestos a probar. Inicialmente el proceso de reservas no funcionó bien. Los correos electrónicos directamente al restaurante (gracias Luca) estaban bien, pero utilizan una aplicación en línea llamada 'The Fork' para confirmar las reservas y que nunca funcionó, así que había preocupación de que la reserva se cancelaría. Afortunadamente esto no sucedió y trabajar directamente con el restaurante nos permitió asistir a un banquete maravilloso. El restaurante no estaba lleno y la comida era muy, muy caro, pero sin duda vale la pena en términos de la gama de platos, preparación si la comida, maridajes de comida y bebida y la experiencia en general. Tuvimos siete platos todos ellos basados en mariscos (ostras, croaker, tagliatella de sepia, crustáceos de marisco, pasta de langosta y esturión, seguido de postre y sorbete. Todo fue soberbio y el chef Edoardo Traverso y su equipo deben ser felicitados por compilar un menú tan creativo y delicioso. Pensamos que un cargo por separado para el agua y el café (dado el costo de la comida) era innecesario, aunque la noche en general fue una delicia.

5-star staff and hospitality, elegant but overall cold environment. Service not very fast. Dishes that are certainly instagrammable and well made but which do not amaze the palate or at least do not cause the wow effect. In particular their signature starter for example, nice but only tasted like peppers. Sufficient wine list with a negative mention for the Molise passito which I would never have put on the list (a real shame). With the world of Italian sweet wines an inexplicable choice.

This was such a wonderful experience on a Sunday. We went to try the lunch menu which was soooo good. I am a pescatarian and often feel vegetables often on menus are overlooked and bland. Here they made me excited to try more dishes with different vegetables. The staff were very nice and welcoming and spoke exceptional English.

A guarantee every time I go there. Good food! Interesting dishes! Welcoming, kind, helpful, present and never intrusive staff.
This time there was a slight imperfection on a plate. Nothing transcendental is clear. I'm certainly not a Masterchef judge ready to make a tragedy out of everything. Also because the skill and excellence of an entire staff, from the dining room to the kitchen, can be seen in resolving and recovering the mistakes that, inevitably, can happen anywhere (even in the most famous starred restaurant). The care and attention of the entire staff was not lacking at all, still guaranteeing an excellent dinner.

Good medium-high level restaurant, I was here for a corporate event, very good food, live music with attention to the smallest details even if to be honest these are tastings and not really a large dinner, however overall an excellent experience

Everything was exceptional today. If you seek generous portions, this may not be your place; however, for those who appreciate meticulous detail and culinary expertise, it’s perfect.
The dishes were expertly crafted. Chef Edoardo Traverso masterfully combines technique—like the exquisite 40-yolk egg pappardelle—with innovative flavor pairings.
Service was attentive yet unobtrusive, allowing us to savor each course. The sommelier politely advised against our dessert wine choice, a suggestion that proved invaluable.
We will certainly return.
