Excellent self-service with quality cuisine, in a refined and fresh environment: a stately home in the center of Carpi Friendly and not stressed staff (which is very nice)

Self service in a beautiful frescoed building. Tasty food prepared like at home, always varied and generous portions. There is also a lot of variety of fruit, vegetables and sweets. Very kind and fast staff. A pleasure to have lunch here.

Alternative restaurant, where you make the waiter yourself. Very wide choice of dishes, both for the first and second courses. Great variety also in side dishes, fruit, desserts. All at very low prices. Kind and understanding staff, for example for us who were new, for the genre. All in a beautifully decorated, ancient building. The two of us spent €20. Super recommended. Also for vegetarians.

Intendiamoci: questo ormai storico “ ristorante “ del centro di Carpi non è un ristorante gourmet, né una trattoria, né una fascinosa osteria É semplicemente m a con dignità e rigore un ottimo self service, che si sforza quotidianamente di coniugare una produzione a grandi numeri con la qualità, con risultati sempre apprezzabili. Di fascino unico le stanze dove è ospitato ( un antico palazzo Patrizio, con stanze affrescate)

30/07/2024: I have been coming to this place for a long time. It is the only place in Modena where you can taste true natural Mediterranean cuisine. The choice of fish and gastronomy is wide and always enriched with new dishes day by day as they are based on the catch of the day. It all ends with the wisdom of Salvatore the owner, who manages to explain every single characteristic of the fish and its dishes. The prices are not high but are in keeping with the quality of the product. The selection of raw fish is also excellent, ranging from various types of oysters, shellfish and tartare. Highly recommended

07/08/2024: Excellent venue. We went this evening on our way back from a night bike ride. Suggestive location under the arcades we had a really good dinner. The passatelli with parmesan cream and truffle are truly a delicacy, we were undecided whether to have a second course... 😃 The menu is anything but obvious, including fried pizza, a restaurant that offers valid alternatives to the classic Modena cuisine , which, being a local, honestly made me a little tired. Excellent service, considering that we went there late at night and absolutely fair prices. Excellent wine list. Without mincing words the best restaurant in Spilamberto, try it!!!
