Even though the dishes arrived late and inconsistently from the kitchen, the waiters were kind and helpful!

The dishes came out of the kitchen a little slowly, but the waiters were really too kind and nice!!!!

A restaurant near the sea offering meat, fish, salads, pizzas, and much more. The service leaves a bit to be desired, as tables are often left uncleared, but overall, the food is good and it's a nice place.

The food is good, plentiful, but they should decide, sometimes they go by reservation, sometimes without, a little organization out of respect for the customers.

It's a trattoria in every sense of the word, but the food is good and the dishes are plentiful. There's no point in expecting impeccable service. You go to Vigliacchi for simple Apulian food, without too many expectations. We'll be back.

Aside from the biblical service times, I have to say that the dishes are quite tasty with good quality ingredients. Excellent value for money. If you optimize waiting times with better internal organization, everyone will benefit, customers included.

I had the seafood appetizer (a truly generous portion for one person) and enjoyed it, then I had the grilled fish platter, which was equally good (I think the portions are generous enough to share). My companion, on the other hand, was satisfied with the linguine with seafood, which was very generous, but disappointed by the charred and oily fried food. So overall, I was satisfied, but he was less so.

Every year, this is a must-see on our Salento vacation. Excellent, plentiful food, excellent value, friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but everything is fine. Greetings to Emmanuel
