This tripe is delicious! The tripe is simply divine: tasty, tender at the right point. Superb ribollita! But the real secret ingredient is sympathy. An experience of taste and heart. Really good!

If you escape from a vegan vegetarian lunch imposed by relatives, this is heaven. I enjoy Sundays like a hedgehog, the perfect refuge. I love you. To be recommended but with caution as paradise is not for everyone!

For those who love the genre, the maximum, variety of delights, from classic lampredotto sandwiches, to a variety of lampredotto and tripe dips, to poppa-based crostini. The owner tells me that from the cooler season they also deal with offal. Tiny and lovely place, complicated, but not impossible parking. He has hired a collaborator and is also open in the evening. The environment is tiny, but "typical". I add that he often prepares variations on the genre: yesterday I had lampredotto made a peposo, last week, trippate guts, then agnolotti with lampredotto. A delirium.

This was my favorite restaurant of my entire trip to Italy! Lampredotto, tripe, tongue, cheeks, accompanied by fresh pasta made on site (garganelli and tortelli) or bread in sandwich mode. It's the best quality/price I found, around €10, with generous portions.
I went there several times and it was so exceptional! Typical Florentine street food.
Plus the two guys are super nice, there's a very good atmosphere, and you have a few tables to sit at. Go there with your eyes closed.

An authentic and unforgettable gastronomic experience! I Trippaio di Firenze conquered us with traditional dishes freshly prepared with the freshest ingredients. The peposo sandwich was simply delicious, the space-age ribollita and the fried lampredotto meatballs were a real surprise.
The red wine, sweet and perfect in combination, made the meal even more pleasant. All served in a clean environment, with two very kind and friendly guys, who welcomed us with enthusiasm and passion for their cuisine. I would have tasted the whole menu!
An absolutely must-try place for those who want to taste the true flavor of Florence. I will definitely be back!

Localino nascosto trovato a caso, un titolare veramente alla mano e con un pizzico di sarcasmo che ci ha fatto entrare nel cuore della tradizione fiorentina. Vinello doc della casa ottimo e super vaschetta di lampredotto con salsa verde e piccante
Consiglio a tutti grandi e piccini per avere un assaggio della tradizione fiorentina e in momento di compagna felice.
Per pranzo abbiamo voluto provare questo locale sulla strada di ritorno. Due giovani baldanzosi simpatici offrono sia la trippa classica che varie altre novità: crostini con la puppa, mix di lampredotto, nervetti ed altro, sfiziosissime polpette di lampredotto. Tutto può essere mangiato nel panino, servito nel piatto con pane a parte o con cappellacci o altra pasta. Problema importante è il parcheggio, un dramma a pranzo. Tutto buono e molto saporito. Un po' troppo alto il prezzo finale per me, dato che abbiamo mangiato nella plastica. Comunque da ripassarci
