Small place, few tables but I would go back even if I had to eat on one foot. Fabulous food, the managers are very nice young guys who know what they're doing. The bill is absolutely in line, tending towards the cheap if you consider that we are in Florence. I recommend the offal caciucco, really delicious!!

Due to a communication error, I tried to order offal, but even though I ordered pasta, they changed it! Needless to say, the taste is really great, a taste that anyone with internal organs will love...! It's like drinking wine when you're trying not to drink it. It's a local restaurant, so it was very busy during lunch, so I ate while standing.

Best tripe shop in Florence! obligatory stop if you are near Boboli, you can eat for 10. the guys are very nice!

For those who love the genre, the maximum, variety of delights, from classic lampredotto sandwiches, to a variety of lampredotto and tripe sauces, to poppa-based crostini. The owner tells me that from the cooler season he also deals with offal. Tiny and lovely place, parking complicated, but not impossible. He has hired a collaborator and is also open in the evening. The environment is
tiny, but "typical".

One of the best lampredotti, in my opinion, that can be found in Florence.
Father and son (if I'm not mistaken) with a lot of passion and competence, really good. In addition to the classic sandwich, the crostini with stern and tongue and the lampredotto meatballs are also delicious. A little small but nice place with the possibility of being outside.
