After more than 30 years in Florence I ate my first lampredotto sandwich today..what can I say, VERY GOOD 😋 I couldn't have chosen better! Lapo is very young, friendly and truly passionate. If you are in the city and want to savor the great tradition of Florentine cuisine, your lunch break is worth a visit to I'trippaio di Firenze.

Guys guys guys, what a culinary experience... recommended to all gourmets, I think that a lampredotto is not only so good, you don't eat it anywhere else, thanks to Lapo and his trusty Tommaso, special people of excellent company and if you have any doubts about what to eat they definitely know what to recommend... I went today, just to try the lampredotto sandwich for the first time. And I couldn't have chosen a better place. The sandwich was delicious: crunchy bread (just soaked), the lampredotto melted in your mouth, green sauce and a hint of spicy topping it all off. And finally, the friendliness, cordiality and advice of the owner make the experience even more authentic. Highly recommended!

Localino nascosto trovato a caso, un titolare veramente alla mano e con un pizzico di sarcasmo che ci ha fatto entrare nel cuore della tradizione fiorentina. Vinello doc della casa ottimo e super vaschetta di lampredotto con salsa verde e piccante
Consiglio a tutti grandi e piccini per avere un assaggio della tradizione fiorentina e in momento di compagna felice.
