Great little place chef owned and run. Core cheeks, tripe, delicious pasta. Wonderful Local cuisine. Air conditioned interior. He also made a little cheese pasta for my 8 year old.

One of the best street foods I’ve tried. Super nice service: very happy to show us what was available and give us recommendations. Very tasty food. Had the trippa with bread, and Lampredotto spinach with bread. Coming back tomorrow for seconds before leaving for the airport. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is located just outside the city walls, it is small but has a nice outdoor area in which to have lunch. The interior is well cared for and makes you feel pampered. The owner is very nice and it's a real pleasure to talk to him. He cares a lot about the raw material and knows how to enhance his product very well. There are several options, in addition to the classic lampredotto sandwich: salads, first and second courses all based on pieces of fifth quarter. I had the pleasure of eating the tripe and cheek salad (fantastic) and the lampredotto sandwich (exceptional, the best I've ever eaten in my life). Excellent portions that fill you up. 11/10, beyond all expectations.

Great good place to eat pure Italian food. Labor is doing a great job and the dishes were really an experience for us. Rarely have you eaten so well. Simple, to the point and good in itself. Recommended! Get off the tourist route, have some courage and be surprised!

We were lucky to end up at this place right at lunch time. An explosion of traditional Tuscan smells and flavors combined with a kind welcome. Congratulations 👏 Almost a month later, I still remember that lunch with pleasure!

Localino appena fuori da porta Romana. Pochi posto a sedere ma si può mangiare seduti. Preso peposo e trippa alla fiorentina. Mangiato bene, i piatti erano buoni e serviti ben caldi. Prezzo soddisfacente, con due vaschette grandi ci si sfama. Poi pane vino e acqua il tutto per 25 euro circa

Tutto squisito, locale semplice ma ben organizzato, Peposo di Guancia e Polpette di Lampredotto eccezionali, buono anche il caffè!
