We ate the tigelle which were very good. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Prices normal Congratulations to all the staff!!!

The place was suggested to us and I must say that it proved to be truly up to par: excellent tigelle, excellent choice of beers and above all the courtesy and helpfulness of the managers. We'll be back!

We discovered this place by chance, and I must say that it was a wonderful discovery. Welcoming and well-kept place, the very kind and professional owners are available to satisfy any curiosity and provide useful advice to be able to best choose the various combinations of cured meats, cheeses and seasonal vegetables! Possibility to choose between mixed platters or opt for the fillings proposed by them, with special and truly excellent combinations! We tried the different doughs and various fillings, both classic and vegetarian, one better than the other! The quality of the products is truly excellent, a rarity. Congratulations for everything, we will be back very soon!! Highly recommended!!!!

Tigelle...spectacular! A must! very high quality!

During a trip out of town I discovered this place almost by chance, and I must say that it immediately turned out to be suggestive and very particular. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the start. I really appreciated that they are also animal lovers, which made it easy to bring my medium sized dog with me. The menu offers a vast choice of artisanal Tigelle, available in multiple sweet and savory combinations and flavours. It is also possible to opt for vegetarian and, upon reservation, vegan options. During the day, they have the opportunity to propose variations of the Tigelle dough based on the orders received (which ranges from classic dough to spelled or wholemeal) and are available to give advice on which type of dough to combine. I chose not to get sweets, instead opting for three different sweet Tigelle, one of which was off the official menu. The restaurant has a very pleasant homely atmosphere that puts everyone at ease, immersed in the evocative landscape of the Bolognese hills. Now that I've discovered it, I definitely won't hesitate to go back every time I'm in the area. Super recommended and I don't feel like I have to give negative points.

Excellent tigelleria in the Monzuno valleys. Interesting variety (both for the doughs and "fillings" of the tigelle, and for the craft beers), but respectful of tradition. Vegan friendly (vegan options upon reservation). Rustic and welcoming place. Very kind and affable owners. The only small disappointment was the lack of "mixed vegetables" (as per the menu) on the cutting board: it was a simple mixed salad! Everything else was excellent, and the trifle (for my taste) the best I've eaten so far in Bologna! Fair portions and prices for artisanal/organic and home-grown products. Recommended, we will be back!

La nostra intenzione era quella di fare qualcosa a metà fra la merenda e la cena, quindi le tigelle sono perfette. Non conoscevamo il posto che abbiamo trovato su Tripadvisor e siamo rimasti molto contenti perché abbiamo avuto conferma delle recensioni che avevamo letto. Il menù è molto interessante e tale da soddisfare tutti i palati perché si possono gustare tigelle fatte con farine diverse (noi abbiamo scelto quelle di farro) oltre che con ripieni sia tradizionali che creativi. Tutto davvero ottimo, dalle tigelle al vino ed anche il servizio!

Ci siamo arrivati grazie alle indicazioni ospite del B&B dove alloggiavamo. Abbarbicati in un angolo di un borghetto ascoso nel buio della campagna di Monzuno, Federica e Andrea scodellano tigelle come benedizioni. Ampia scelta, prodotti biologici e vino degno di questo nome. Ambiente confortevole, servizio gradevole e puntuale. Toccherà tornare.
