I Sapori del Mare In Palermo

We went for dinner this evening. The food was good, the atmosphere was quiet and family-friendly, and the people were very kind. I will definitely be back.

I recommend the raw fish appetizer! The price is worth the sensory experience. If you're feeling full from all the fried food you ate in Palermo, make the most of it as a main course.

This restaurant is located just outside the tourist area of ​​central Palermo. The food is well-executed, with no over-seasoning; the dishes are harmonious and balanced. Kudos also to the staff, who are truly excellent!

I Sapori Del Mare is wonderful. It’s a small place but full of flavor and authenticity. Fish dishes are their specialty. My wife and I started with the mussels, which were in an amazing mixture of broth and basil. Dipping the wonderful bread in the broth was delicious. Next we had the salmon raviolis, very good also. We finished with the swordfish prepared with tomatoes, onions, olives, potatoes, and capers. It was amazing!! It’s worth eating here just for the swordfish. The service was excellent also. Highly recommended! Enjoy!!

The food was good, and the price was reasonable. So I can recommend it.

Centrally located, yet away from the constant tourist traffic that inundates Palermo's main streets, we find this incredible restaurant. It's a small restaurant, seating just over twenty people, for the lucky twenty who will be able to sample the dishes on the menu. Here, fish is a staple, raw or cooked, but always at its finest. The raw seafood is exceptional—just look at the attached photos. The pasta dishes are equally as delicious, with the sauce perfectly balanced among the various ingredients. The swordfish, at its finest, is also excellent. Here, the flavor of the sea is preserved throughout the preparation and presented on the plate. The local wine list is good. The service is relaxed but attentive. In the end, we happily went out for a stroll in the warm Palermo night of early November.

Siamo stati questa sera in questo ristorante e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza eccezionale. Il pesce era cucinato a regola d’arte: freschissimo, saporito e presentato con grande cura. Ogni portata ci ha conquistato, dall’antipasto al dolce. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: attento, rapido e cordiale. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, che con simpatia e passione ci ha raccontato un po’ la storia del suo locale, facendoci sentire come a casa. Un posto dove la qualità del cibo si unisce all’ospitalità genuina: sicuramente torneremo e lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia gustare dell’ottimo pesce in un’atmosfera accogliente. Anche questa volta un pranzo da ricordare Pasta con nero di seppia da gustare e da assaporare e poi una frittura con pesce di qualità ed accessori [ olio usato per friggere ed altro ] con uso di prodotti top ero già pieno e ho dovuto rinunziare alla cassatella calda al forno Sarà per la prossima Complimenti a titolari ed al team A presto
