Small and welcoming, with friendly staff and an open kitchen, delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The dish of the day was excellent: fettuccine with creamed pumpkin, guanciale, and pecorino cheese. The Angus entrecote was tender and perfectly cooked. Congratulations! ☺️

We accidentally stumbled upon this place on our way to a nearby castle. The service was lovely and the ambiance was comfy. The staff were attentive and accommodating. The food was perfect. Everything came out hot and fresh. We ended up ordering a few dishes we never really considered and were amazingly surprised by how delicious it came out. Of course we had to end the meal with a dessert and ended up ordering a lovely pistachio tiramisu. My wife is picky when it comes to desserts and she cleaned her plate before i got to mine. This is a lovely stop. You get great service, great vibes and delicious food. We would absolutely return to this restaurant.

Located on a narrow street in the upper part of Bolsena's historic center, we dined on the street as evening fell. Special mention goes to the pork fillet with apples and a honey and balsamic vinegar reduction. The baked calamari was excellent. The atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Congratulations!

This friendly and welcoming place is nestled in a small alley near the castle. Friendly staff, excellent, quality food, and reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful experience at this place. Excellent service, excellent food, excellent price. The place is located on a little street that leads to the fortress, charming atmosphere. Compliments to all the staff!! Highly recommended!

Excellent local specialties are prepared with great care and precision by the kitchen, but above all, they are tailored to the guests' tastes and desires. Excellent, high-quality service and impeccable cleanliness. Various rooms are also available for private lunches or dinners. Highly recommended
15/10/2025: It's now become our go-to. We're often in Acquapendente, and staying at this hotel-restaurant feels like home.

10/12/2025: Roman cuisine, I would say excellent homemade pasta, very good as are the sauces, in an environment like in the past that I personally like to relive. Compliments to the blonde lady who is supposed to be the friendly and professional cook.
08/12/2025: We went to this trattoria based on the excellent reviews we read on Google, and well, what can I say? I'd like to leave an excellent one if possible. This place not only feels like home, but you can actually taste it—try it and believe it. My partner and I ordered two pici (Chianina ragù with mushrooms and truffle), three side dishes of sautéed chicory, beans, and roasted peppers (with complimentary bruschetta), and finally cheesecake and panna cotta. Exceptional dishes that taste like Sunday lunch at grandma's. Local, authentic ingredients paired with the unparalleled kindness of the owners, especially the fantastic chef Nadia. Treat yourself and try Lo Spuntino. 5 stars!
