The food is excellent. Pinsa is really delicious. The tiramisu too. The owner and the waiters are very kind. I would like to make one comment, however, we found the way the owner addressed his waiter very unpleasant. Employing someone does not mean being disrespectful, especially since the waiter is really lovely and does his job very well. Please think about it, sir, you seem good to me, change that, please.

The food at Dye Restaurant was excellent. I went with a group of 7 people.
We ordered the beans and artichoke pie as a starter. We also ordered pasta, lamb, pizza diavola, and saltinboca. We also had two bottles of wine, sodas, and four desserts to share. The bill came to 250 euros. We were all extremely satisfied.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is spacious and clean.
I recommend the Nutella panna cotta and the nona's cake.

During my trip to Rome, I visited several restaurants, but this was undoubtedly the best! I tried carbonaras in different places, but the one I had here was undoubtedly the best of the trip! The food was delicious, with that flavor that stays with me, so much so that I went back a few times, and Luciano's service made all the difference: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. When I return to Rome, I will definitely return to this special place!

This place was recommended by our Airbnb host so we weren't sure quite what to expect but we were very satisfied with our meal! Excellent spaghettoni carbonara and good gnocchi. Tried their pizza too which was also good! You can access an English menu via their QR code.

"He who doesn't mop up the bread..." will have to deal with the very friendly manager! A lovely evening for our group! Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff! The bruschetta appetizer was delicious! We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves! We'll be back! Thank you and see you soon!

Periodo di Pasqua richiama gite fuori porta…per noi “Roma, la città eterna!” Oltre alla storia e alle bellezze monumentali anche il cibo richiede la sua parte! Siamo passati davanti a questo ristorantino caratteristico a 10 minuti dal Vaticano, cibo della tradizione Gricia, Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Polpette e Carne ai ferri, puntarelle… unisci gentilezza e simpatia e qualità insomma hai già fatto 13! Poi mettici anche un prezzo giusto e consapevole beh…noi torneremo! Grazie!

Cercavamo un ristorante in questa zona che facesse cibo romano e quest’ultimo ci ha soddisfatto.
Abbiamo preso le polpettine di bollito fritte, una fettuccina con ragù di coda alla vaccinara, un filetto, carciofo alla romana e puntarelle, era tutto ottimo. Il carciofo era di una morbidezza che si scioglieva in bocca, a gusto personale avremmo preferito un sapore più accentuato per le puntarelle, poiché devono essere belle condite ma comunque rimanevano delicate e altrettanto buone. Personale gentile e luogo accogliente.
