We had a great dinner & were able to get a table quickly, even spontaneously. Relaxed family atmosphere and super friendly service. I can recommend the antipasti for two persons with lots of delicious regional meats and cheeses and to drink I really enjoyed the Garibaldi aperitivo (Campari and orange juice). 100% recommend this restaurant if you want to treat yourself!

The food is excellent. Pinsa is really delicious. The tiramisu too. The owner and the waiters are very kind. I would like to make one comment, however, we found the way the owner addressed his waiter very unpleasant. Employing someone does not mean being disrespectful, especially since the waiter is really lovely and does his job very well. Please think about it, sir, you seem good to me, change that, please.

The food at Dye Restaurant was excellent. I went with a group of 7 people. We ordered the beans and artichoke pie as a starter. We also ordered pasta, lamb, pizza diavola, and saltinboca. We also had two bottles of wine, sodas, and four desserts to share. The bill came to 250 euros. We were all extremely satisfied. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is spacious and clean. I recommend the Nutella panna cotta and the nona's cake.

During my trip to Rome, I visited several restaurants, but this was undoubtedly the best! I tried carbonaras in different places, but the one I had here was undoubtedly the best of the trip! The food was delicious, with that flavor that stays with me, so much so that I went back a few times, and Luciano's service made all the difference: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. When I return to Rome, I will definitely return to this special place!

This place was recommended by our Airbnb host so we weren't sure quite what to expect but we were very satisfied with our meal! Excellent spaghettoni carbonara and good gnocchi. Tried their pizza too which was also good! You can access an English menu via their QR code.

Osteria Degli Ubertini

09/10/2025: Highly recommended, for €12 you get a traditional Roman starter, main course, and side dish. The portions are generous and the quality impeccable. The waiters are courteous and fast.
08/10/2025: If you're hungry and want typical local cuisine, also open for lunch, you absolutely have to try Ubertini. Generous portions, good quality, the service is exceptional, and all at an affordable price. "What more do you want from life," says the famous commercial? "Fam me magna..."
