All very good, perfect food. However, heavy battering on fried fish takes a lot away from the fish. The molecular cuisine part takes away almost everything from the typical products of that area, which are particularly tasty and fragrant, but the classic cuisine is excellent

“I Rocci” have now become our favorite restaurant. After being there 3 times, we decided to spend Christmas lunch with the whole family.
We greatly appreciate their concept of culinary art: a truly innovative cuisine both in presentation and preparation, which starts from the classic ingredients of the Salento tradition but combines well with elements from all over the world.
The sight of every single course creates an infinite curiosity about how the dish was designed, discovering the enormous genius of chef Simone: the carpaccio of purple prawns with sea urchin ice cream, the spousal foam and yellow cherry tomato, the spheres of green olives , tuna carpaccio with foie gras and pine cones are unique experiences for the palate that have now created addiction in us.
Eating at "I Rocci" is like trying the cuisine of a starred restaurant (this is my wish) but in a friendly and confidential atmosphere because it is at home that you feel when, once at the table, Simone and the talented Barbara they welcome and entertain diners.

Unique experience! I think it's the best dinner I've ever had! Lovely environment, with staff who are nothing short of wonderful, courteous and kind!
We chose a tasting menu curated by the chef and we couldn't have made a better choice.
Refined dishes, refined combinations, unrepeatable and sublime flavours. Very fresh fish, tasting the raw fish dishes was like diving into the sea nearby.
I would recommend this place to the whole world if I could and co would come back every night!

Una bella location per una cenetta romantica. Tavoli sotto al porticato nel giardinetto, con tanto personale a disposizione e gentile. ci hanno offerto un prosecco e un piccolo antipasto crudo e cotto di mare ( la sorpresa è stata provare dei palloncini di olive in bagno d'olio che mettendole in bocca scoppiano rilasciando tutto il sapore di oliva senza avere il nocciolo e ne la polpa. Come primo piatto abbiamo scelto una semplice cacio e pepe con tonno rosso, ma si è rivelata veramente buona, Inoltre, l'antipasto misto era composto da due portate principali ed una serie di piccole portate miste, il tutto a base di pesce. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, ci hanno letteralmente viziati, ed infine terminando con alcuni pasticcini mignon, il tutto offerto dalla casa. Dall'antipasto al dessert, ogni portata è stata preparata con accuratezza e attenzione da parte dello chef Simone e del suo team. Consigliatissimo, sicuramente da ritornarci per provare altri tipi di piatti.
