I Rocci In Minervino di lecce

It’s been a really long time since I had a culinary experience of this level. I admit that it’s a bit difficult to surprise me with food. The last time was in a starred restaurant and I have to admit that the dinner at I Rocci surpassed even that. The research in the dishes is visible, it’s felt, but it’s totally devoid of that self-assurance that is often called “experimentation”. At I Rocci the chef places himself without protagonism, it seems that he places himself after the ingredient, after the palate of the guest to whom the kitchen reserves a little surprise before ordering and at the end of the meal, after dessert. In the dining room, the atmosphere is informal and cheerful but without a lack of attention. I have no idea how much was spent, I was my son’s guest, but whatever the bill, it was well deserved. The joy and happiness of the dinner continues even today. Thanks again.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and elegant. The staff is never gratuitously kind. Fine food and wines. Highly recommended for family evenings, romantic dinners or to celebrate an important event.

Restaurant located in the Salento hinterland capable of stimulating gustatory emotions. A series of dishes masterfully crafted with excellent cooking techniques. An experience certainly worth repeating, because we were truly entranced by Simone's cuisine.

We have returned after years and I must say that it is always a confirmation. Typically fish cuisine, but they are also equipped for those who don't like fish and are also super equipped for celiacs. The menu varies according to the chef's availability. Very fresh fish, really good and well-prepared dishes. Excellent value for money.

Degustazione sontuosa con alcuni piatti epici, superiori per tecnica e gusto a tanti altri assaggiati in ristoranti stellati. Migliore esperienza culinaria fatta in provincia di Lecce. Allo chef direi, come si dice in salentino stretto... "Tie nu ii stare quai!". Ritorneremo senza ombra di dubbio.

Se cercate un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile, questo ristorante è il posto giusto! La cucina è semplicemente straordinaria, con piatti che combinano sapori autentici, ingredienti freschissimi e una cura per i dettagli degna dei migliori chef. Ogni portata è un viaggio sensoriale che conquista il palato e il cuore. Il servizio è impeccabile: il personale è cordiale, attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso. L'atmosfera è accogliente e calda, perfetta per trascorrere una serata rilassante all'insegna del buon cibo. L'unico aspetto migliorabile è il design del locale, che non risulta particolarmente moderno. Tuttavia, questo dettaglio passa in secondo piano rispetto alla qualità eccellente della cucina, che è davvero la migliore di sempre. Un ristorante che merita di essere scoperto e amato: assolutamente consigliato!
