We traveled all the way from South Florida to try I Pupi, and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was inviting and elegant, and the service was top-notch. Everyone on staff that night was an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely attentive and detail-oriented. Now, to what you all are really waiting for: the FOOD. We did the 7-course dinner, and I was blown away by the presentation and taste. The thought that went into each dish was evident in the passion the chef has for his craft. The best restaurant in the province of Palermo that I have ever seen, and I have seen many. Few places (book!), exquisite food, new dishes every month, one better than the other, very kind owners and staff, an intimate and refined place. You can't find a better place to eat in these parts, and you can get by with less than 80 euros each if you just take an appetizer, a first or second course, dessert and a glass of wine. And let's not talk about the delicious bread they serve, it's worth going there just for that!

Siamo andati per il compleanno di mia moglie. Giriamo spesso gli stellati. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione 120 cinque portate. Piatti molto risicati anche se quasi tutti buoni tranne uno con le foglie e la senape. Quello che però consideriamo inaccettabile che non c’era una bottiglia di vino a meno di 55 euro e l’acqua 5 euro. Alla fine abbiamo pagato più di 300 euro in due, non ne valeva la pena. Per una cena del genere potrei pagare al massimo 250…. Non credo che tornerò.
