The restaurant is elegant yet welcoming. Classic yet not austere. The wait staff is attentive and thorough in introducing the menu and off-menu options. The menu is interesting, introducing unique options for each course, such as the slizzega, the bugiardi, or the stratagliata, which we regularly tried. The many barbecue cuts of meat are tempting and will be a reason to return. Each course is an explosion of flavors; you can sense the chef's desire to amaze, and he succeeds without ever being cloying. The cover charge consists of various products with very special flours, and these too offer unforgettable flavors, well worth the price. The desserts are the perfect end to a wonderful dinner. Good value for money. Fair value for money.

Good vegan, lactos-free, and gluten-free options

Spaghetti alla chitarra, which are actually tagliatelle. I pointed out that they were very hard, and I was told that's normal. OK. I also pointed out that they were unsalted and seemed tasteless, and I was told that's to make them more delicate. OK. Next to us in another room, 20 teenagers were celebrating a birthday, shouting along to the music and smoking inside. Probably an unfortunate evening. The worst thing is the menu with no price for the ladies, which in 2025 seems absurd to me.

What can I say? I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed. It's one of the best restaurants in Brescia, both for the quality of the food and the professionalism and kindness of Michele and his team. It's a truly elegant restaurant. I celebrated my wedding here in May 2025, and it was a truly magnificent experience. Michele and his team were truly exceptional in their organization, accommodating our requests and accompanying us on such an important day for my husband and I.
