Traditional cuisine, quality products, and good value!
I recommend trying the panigacci. They come in various flavors, including cured meats, cheeses, pesto, and mushroom sauce.

We ate quite well; I expected a more generous appetizer, given that the dish was small enough for two.
The pasta was also good. The tagliatelle were a meager portion, just a taste.
As for the meat, the quality was excellent, but it's not my cup of tea.
I don't think I'll go back.

In terms of quality, I'd call the meat the best in the area. The Panigacci are also delicious...
The only downside, unfortunately, is the road to get there in the fog, which isn't the best... but the food and the
restaurant are amazing, so it's worth it.

I'd been there a while ago, and the meat was truly excellent. Last night, I had a Rubia Gallega, and honestly, it was a disappointment. The price was in line with the breed (€9.50/100g), so I expected much higher quality. It seems like they no longer take the same care in selecting the meat as they once did. It's a shame, because it used to be a completely different story. I hope it was just bad luck.
