The location is not easy, but the road to reach it is worth it…
The selection of meats is excellent as is the selection of wines.
It is actually a simple restaurant but you eat and drink with quality.
The service is simple but effective and the prices are not cheap, but adequate for the quality. I recommend it!

We went to this restaurant attracted by the house specialty, the panigacci, which were actually good, even if some were a little too burnt. The meat had its ups and downs: the ribeye didn't particularly impress us, while the fillet with green pepper was well done and tasty. However, the polenta with bruscit was disappointing: there was more water than meat on the plate, and paradoxically the bruscit were also very dry.
Overall, the experience was mixed, with some successful dishes and others definitely worth revisiting. Prices rather high compared to the quality offered.

I went with my family to eat, the guy who did everything was fantastic!!! He's a Cuban guy called Pérez. I highly recommend you go, you have to try!!!! He is super!!!!

Restaurant specializing in grilled meat.
They serve different types of Fiorentina (French, Piedmontese, Chianina and many others).
Excellent side dishes of all types and typical.
Delicious desserts (tiramisu, typical cakes and many others)
They also serve cherries in the grappa as a "pre-sweet".
I highly recommend.

After hearing good things about this place I decided to go and try it, we started with their typical appetizer, mixed sami with really delicious panigacci, fresh and quality cured meats, then pure Chianina Florentine meat, exquisite, very tender grilled which gives it that particular taste. He strongly recommends it to those who like to eat fine meat. I will definitely return to taste high cuts of Florentine steak and fillet given the various options.
