Food is amazing no doubt. Give it a try and the bistecca will be just perfection. The ragú for the parpadelle was delicious. I would go again although the reason for the 3 stars in service is because I noticed something off: by coincidence seems there were some family members of the owner or similar eating by the time we got there and the service and even the quality of the food served to them did not look like the one that was being served to the other clients in the restaurant at that time, for example I saw they got the good salt for the meat while the rest got simple refined supermarket salt. I did not like that, the difference felt obvious and all clients there were paying for the same service and food. Perhaps they should have another room for special guests or similar as that does not give a good impression to clients.

I ordered 1kg, and it had minimal bones. As expected of a T-bone, it had a large sirloin, so it was incredibly tender and delicious. ♥ I ordered medium, but it came out medium-rare. 🥹 Still, the meat pasta and truffle pasta were delicious, so I was eating all the sauce with bread when they came over and refilled the bread. Thanks to them, I was able to clean my plate. 🤭 The mushroom risotto was also delicious, with rice fully cooked, like porridge. The dishes weren't spicy, but the salty T-bone made it even more delicious. 🍖 The price was reasonable for the portion size, so I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Florence.👍🏻

The restaurant is nicely decorated and feels authentic. The male host was very friendly. The starter was very good. Unfortunately the main course was a little bit bland and literally as the menu described. The scenery and vibe shifted when the rest of the family arrived and started having whole conversations in the dining room without acknowledging us. This made the situation a bit awkward. The slogan is slow food, it ended slow food slow service.

I had a T-bone steak with my family in Florence, and the flavor of the medium-rare meat was truly impressive. The kids were so happy to finish the meat, and I was especially happy to see them enjoying the tenderloin. The mushroom risotto had a rich flavor, and while the salad dressing (olive oil and balsamic) arrived a little late, the food was excellent and forgivable. The bread was also late, but the T-bone steak more than made up for it. The dining atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, and the restaurant's interior had a classic, sophisticated feel. The total bill was €121, and it felt more than worth it. It was a meal that made me think, "This is what dinner in Europe is like," and it was a wonderful way to end my day. If you're visiting Florence, I highly recommend stopping by.

Really good food, fabulous meat and tasty cured meats, excellent pasta... as a tourist, I highly recommend this place.

Yesterday, my family and I went to this trattoria recommended by some relatives. They said the food was delicious and refined, and the interior had a welcoming, quaint atmosphere. Their words were confirmed, and I was completely satisfied with everything. The Florentine steak was spectacular, perfectly aged, and especially cooked, making the steak incredibly tender and flavorful. For dessert, we had a chocolate cake, also incredibly tender and sweet. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially during the short wait between courses.

Buena comida y servicio. El vino tinto de la casa también era muy bueno! Recomiendo encarecidamente el Pepeso del imprunetta que es carne de res cocinada en vino con sabor a pimienta. ¡Fue increíble! Rosso bulgharese era el vino de la casa que era excelente también. La comida fue lo mejor que hemos tenido en Florencia!

Trattoria accogliente e dall' atmosfera caratteristica. A conduzione familiare.Titolari gentilissimi e attenti: la bambina aveva avuto un piccolo incidente e si sono spesi per consolarla.La lode ai crostini con i fegatini identici a quelli che mi preparava la mia nonna.Ottima la ribollita.Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente tenendo anche conto che siamo a due passi dal Duomo.Faremo il possibile per tornare prima della partenza.
