Food was nice and we enjoyed it. We tried Gnudi here for the first time and they were really tasty. However the service was a bit slow and the team seemed quite uninterested in the guests. Part of it, might have been that it was a slow evening because of the August heat - but we didn't feel as welcome as we did in other restaurants in Florence.

As typical of Tuscany as it is delicious. Very Florentine. Good quality.

Ignore whoever says tourists aren’t welcome here; as long as you’re friendly, you’ll be treated the same. The staff care about what they do, even if you can’t see it with how they act with you (if you’re from out of town). My family have some allergies, and the staff were very accommodating and spent time trying to understand and help us choose what we should have. For the restaurant’s size, the food is DELICIOUS. Slowing down and taking the meal course by course was a great decision, especially since you order everything in the beginning and it’s brought out to you at a good pace. We started with the plate of prosciutto, then got the Florentine style steak and were not disappointed—perfectly seared on the outside, nice and rare on the inside. We also got the gnocchi and wild boar pasta, both DELICIOUS. The potatoes were delicious too. Honestly, I can’t find anything wrong with it. Maybe the shop’s meant for locals, but it’s nice to go out of your way to immerse yourself in it.

This restaurant was recommended by the tour guide. I was able to eat good food at a reasonable price, and the waiter spoke good English so we could communicate well. Ordering 1/2 liter of wine was just right for the two of us, and the food was filling for about 100 euros for two people.

Excellent restaurant in a quiet little alley in Florence. Very friendly and smiling service! This is ideal with children who can have a meal. For adults, it doesn't seem like much, but you're really full! To try without hesitation!

Restaurant bien placé, juste à côté du duomo mais pourtant pas spécialement touristique ou pris d'assaut. Dedans c'est très joli. Tres belle carte, on a pris une côte de veau et des bruchetta, tout était très bon.

An amazing touch of true Florence tucked away in the big city near the duomo. Fast and attentive service. Excellent wine selection for a small quaint restaurant. Don’t be afraid of the basement if the top is full - especially with kids. Make sure your Primi is the Pappardelle with Wild Boar Ragu. The Bistec Florentina is cooked perfectly, seasoned well with just enough to allow the local Firenze beef flavor to be on the forefront. The owners we so kind and thoughtful that they even gave my bambinos kinder candy upon leaving! So thankful we followed our guides recommendation to dine here tonight!

Accueil sympathique, bonne atmosphère et décor chaleureux. La carte est équilibrée et variée et les portions sont correctes. Je recommande les risotti. La cuisine est faite à partir de bobs produits et goûteuse. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon et nous avons passé un excellent moment.
