Restaurant serving typical Milanese cuisine. Excellent dishes, courteous and highly knowledgeable staff, and the chef even gave me valuable tips for trying to "approach" him in my own homemade osso buco recipes... Top!

Welcoming atmosphere, traditional dishes, kind and friendly staff. Remarkable quality and quantity. We had the Milanese cutlet with potatoes and the braised beef with polenta, both truly excellent and delicious.

A Saturday lunch following the reviews. A very pleasant and informal atmosphere. Wooden tables with paper placemats, soft lighting from old-fashioned lamps, and large shelving units lining the walls. The atmosphere is familiar and relaxed (to be fair, there were only a few customers. I don't know what the noise level is like when the place is full). The staff is friendly and not at all intrusive. The à la carte menu is moderate and features traditional Milanese dishes. I'm teetotal and will refrain from commenting on the wine list. We ordered two risottos with osso buco. The risotto was perfect. Cooked to perfection. Delicious flavor. The osso buco was very tender and flavorful. Fairly priced. Recommended.

Excellent family-run trattoria, serving traditional Lombard dishes prepared with quality ingredients (the risotto with ossobuco is amazing). A well-stocked and carefully selected wine cellar, offering good value. A very pleasant and well-kept restaurant; impeccable service.

Absolutely 5 stars, a restaurant in a perhaps unfavorable location (it's across the street from other very famous, Michelin-starred restaurants) but with truly exceptional dishes. I stumbled upon it by chance, passing through Saronno and seeing the good reviews on Google Maps, so I decided to stop in. Since then, I've been back several times, even bringing friends, and I've always had a great time. The place is quite large and the atmosphere is a bit retro. The waitresses are very kind and professional. You can almost always find a seat, even on weekends. I've tried several dishes, but the ones I highly recommend are definitely the first courses. The risotto alla Milanese and the pappardelle with wild boar are truly exceptional. I highly recommend it.

Excellent traditional Lombard dishes (risottos, cured meats, mostly meat dishes). The wine list is also good. You could say it's an osteria, but a classy one.

This is my absolute favorite type of restaurant: a set menu with generous portions and reasonable prices. I went there for a business lunch and ate very well. The place is clean and welcoming. Recommended if you are in the area.
