Good meat, nothing to say.. lots of variety and quality.. although I found huge pieces of fat in the sausage which disgusted me a little.. a bit of disorganization in the service.. cold environment due to the entrance door which opened and closed continuously..pretty good desserts.overall I give a 7.

We are from Poland. We came here especially from Taranto - my husband is a lover of delicious food. We were not disappointed! The food is delicious! Perfectly prepared meat! Thank you for your hospitality and delicious dishes!

Chi cerca le tipiche bombette pugliesi non può non fermarsi da "i Macellai" a Galatina. Scelte direttamente da banco e cotte alla perfezione al momento: ne avrei mangiate fino a svenire!! Prezzi onestissimi (anche degli altri piatti che pur non avendo provato sembravano anche molto buoni). Per finire spumone mandorle e fichi TOP!!!! Fuori dai radar delle coste salentine ma assolutamente da provare (il centro del paese è una vera chicca).

02/02/2025: Great experience, as always. Super organised, clean and kind, especially Federica, who accompanied us throughout the dinner yesterday with an availability that was not always obvious, especially in highly visited places like Il Cantiere. There is no doubt: we will return again!

24/11/2024: Excellent New Year's Eve dinner, even though the place was packed. All dishes arrived quickly and always hot. The owners and all the staff are very kind, in particular the room manager Giuseppe. Always fast service even on weekends.
